Even though Nettles does sometimes make minor mistakes in organizing beef post-cutting, they have a super clean facility, readily available USDA inspection, and a kindly/proficient crew. I staunchly recommend their beef-processing service.My 27, 2020:I must once again reiterate my high regard for these people. They just gave me back an absolutely perfect order with all the special cuts I asked for. Tremendous rib cap, boneless ribeyes, and back ribs. Thanks again, Nettles!
