I dont know what their product outcome looks like but I can say this, the staff is friendly! Above and beyond helpful and what they dont know, they say so with a promise to find out for you. I dont think you can ask for better in house service than that.

PRECIOUS is the word that comes to mind when describing this owner/business/employees! I walked in yesterday with several things needing to be monogrammed for a family member that I am taking to MD Anderson tomorrow. The sweet girl at the register said they were about a week out on orders. I started to explain the urgency of the situation, the owner overheard the conversation...walks right over and says “YES” we will get it done by Friday for you. While the girl at the counter was filling out my order, I walked around and was able to find additional items to monogram, a cute t-shirt and a spiritual rock. The owner (please forgive me I am terrible with names) walked me to the back where all the machines were and a busy staff filling orders. I was in AWE of their equipment, working space and staff!!! I do not typically write reviews, unfortunately, but I just want everyone to know this is the place to go! They are equipped to handle a small personal order or a large corporate order. It felt so good to walk into a place of business and feel so welcomed and that they genuinely appreciated me coming! #customerforlife ❤️

I absolutely fell in love with this very friendly, quaint and unique store. Very friendly and helpful staff, great prices and they were able to create monogramming on a very unique item. So worth the drive from Carencro into Lafayette. Can’t wait to see the finished product! Thank you Phyllis for the tour of your beautiful office and the nice conversation we had.
