I met the owners at a business networking group and have now used their services two times. They helped me design and produce business cards for my new business and they also helped design and produce a sign that I wanted to give my wife for her birthday. The sign was for our gardens and it turned out awesome! Most importantly, she loved it! I would highly recommend them for any and all your printing, personal or business, needs.

Whenever I need something shipped, packaged, insured, they get it done, exceptional customer service. They are my go to solution for printing from phone, any hairy shipping problem, they can do with a smile. Notary service too. Need an odd shaped box to ship ? No problem, need to absolutely get it there by a certain date, no problemMy go to people for a solution and fast. Very much into being safe with covid protocol.

I liked this place before, I went there yesterday to mail a small package they gave me the price of $49 to send it. I tough it was not right, I went to the post office and sent the same package with priority and tracking for $8.55

The Post Net team is top notch. I have a mailbox there, they print all my construction plans and put logos on my truck. I highly recommend Post Net.

I dont live super close, but I make the drive to have them be my one and only place to get family prints and business marketing materials handled. I cant stand mail merging files, so I am glad they could help with that. Their canvas prints had mirror images on the edges instead of boring white which look beautiful. Nicely done PostNet team!

Postnet of Lafayette is FANTASTIC! I needed a notary public on a Saturday during the pandemic and Jason at this office was ready, willing and able. He was very thorough and professional and efficient and friendly and remarkably inexpensive—really, you should charge a bit more. I have done all kinds of different work with Jason and Crystal for years and they give way over 100%. They are thoughtful, professional, high quality people. Shipping rates are abyssmal, quoted me $56 for a USPS shipment that costs $25 if you do it directly at the post office. Reason given was that they have retail rates. I dont know what that means exactly, but Id go elsewhere if youre looking for affordable shipping options.Staff also seems only marginally competent.2 stars because they have better hours than the past office.

Great service for printing of a program for memorial service. I made several changed on the design which were happily accommodated. Close to deadline their machine went down and their Ft. Collins store picked up the ball, finished the print job and drove an hour to deliver to my door. I was amazed by the reasonable price as well.

If youre behind the counter, you need to be wearing a mask; if you are an essential business and get to stay open, you need to do your part. As a nurse, working to keep our community healthy, I was extremely disappointed to see the owner 3 feet from his customers and without a mask. I agree with other reviews that this location is oddly overpriced but I come back because they are part of my community and I want to support local. Apparently, its time for a change. If you cant keep up your end of the current bargain to help keep me safe, I suppose I dont owe you my business.

Terrible at best. Unprofessional and difficult to deal with, I dread having to go into the store to check my mailbox. Basic instructions require multiple explanations, even the most simple tasks that take 5 minutes are multiplied at least threefold by using this store.When attempting to ship a package parcel post, a clerk with a horrible attitude quoted an outrageous rate for parcel post that was 3 times the post office rate. When I inquired further the clerk stated there was a convenience fee. When I inquired what the convenience fee was, the clerk again gave me a bad attitude and said she didnt know. When I questioned the rate she persisted with the bad attitude and in a huff stated were not the post office. No but you are Post Net and I AM A CUSTOMER. I went to the Louisville post office and shipped three packages for the rate this person quoted.Terrible, the only way to describe it and thats being generous. I will not renew my mail box here and go out of my way to avoid it. Avoid this like the plague unless you have money and time to burn and enjoy bad attitudes.

Post Net has been instrumental in working with Yellow Scene Magazine. They are always professional but also fast. They are on time and sometimes even ahead of expected time. They do everything from shipping to printing, signs and banners, vehicle wraps-they are a full package stop. Tell them YS sent you!

Only giving one star because zero (or negative) is not an option. Beware of leaving valuables to be mailed via FedEx or UPS. I dropped a package off and was asked by the gentleman that took my package a lot of questions about the contents when he saw where it was being mailed. I knew when I left the store that it would never reach the destination and needless to say, it was lost. FedEx refused the claim stating that their driver never picked it up...big surprise. The owner eventually paid the insurance claim out of his own pocket (the whole thing was very fishy). Store owner claims that the FedEx driver picked it up, but there is no proof of that happening. I would stay far away from this store.

This place run a dirty junk advertisement business.I never had a business with them or any of their affiliated.Even after asking to removing from the list, they still full my inbox with their junk.They will not respect your privacy. Jason and team are excellent! I have moved printing work to this shop and very pleased. They make accommodations when I need something urgently and always produce quality work (if theres an issue, they resolve it quickly and fairly).

This is our organizations second time working with Jason and Post Net. They were able to do a large print job in just several days when it took other print shops much longer and for a lot more money. I let them mail my package Monday via UPS, UPS received it by end of Tuesday, the shipment is very very slow, and fee are very expensive.Find real UPS or Fedex, even USPS is much better and cheaper than them!
