Miguel did a great job explaining how to get our system hooked up he was very patient with me made me feel like I was talking to one of my sons when they are helping me with my computer stuff. I want to commend Michael Roque for the great job he did in guiding me through the set up process with my new terminal and pin pad from Global Processing Systems. He was very understanding with my frequent interruptions as I was running my business. He had great understanding of how the system works and explained it in a way that I could easily understand. I am merchant and I had a duplicate transaction for one of my customers due to phone line problem. Sylvia of Global Processing helped me to follow up the transaction and she identified that duplicate transaction was credited to my account a few days later. She informed me and I checked with the settlement report with my bank statement and found the difference was the duplicate transaction. Jony has been the best person I’ve dealt with at this place when I call to ask for help. He walked me through every step and even took the time to ask me to download a remote app so he can make sure I was doing things correctly. Don’t trust this company they alway lie to people it happened to me.I’m owner Mr. Blue Donuts Moreno Valley.When their sale person come to me they said they don’t charge on debit card pin and they charge 0.25percent for Credit card and 75$ monthly for application EBT. But after I sign contract one week later they send me terminal for lease 75$per month. I said it ok. But after i do transaction for customer about 2 month they charge me credit and debit card the sameP.s I have my customer75% debit 25% credit plus I can charge only EBT cashI called them so many time solve the problem about 3 month they never adjust the price then I call them to cancel they sent me statements on email that I owned them more than$8000 I forgot . Last week I check my credit score they I had collection debt more than $3000 . That why I said this company can not trust .💩💩💩💩

A complete Nightmare dealing with this company!! We have been in business for over 20 years and have never come across a company as deplorable, dishonest and downright fraudulent as this company. The rates that you will sign for you will never receive as they will never honor the contract. Month after month we are charged fees that are straight up made up. We are the only ones that honor our our contract, they just charge us with whatever they feel is right and whatever new account fee they can make up for that month. We have reached out to them so much I know there whole staff on a first name basis. Its always the same story. We apologize you shouldnt have been charged that we will credit your account next month its their company motto. Everything that comes out of their mouths is a lie please if you are a small business owner dont do business with this company there is a reason why the lock you into a contract. If they really truly were promising you the best rates and customer service you wouldnt want to leave.

This is my one stop shop for merchant processing! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about credit card processing. Ive experienced my fair share of processing companies and Global Processing, by far, is the most honest and genuine. The rates are competitively low compared to others! The rep who signed me up actually came to my business to install the equipment and educate my staff and me on the machines functions and how to properly use it. Ive only been with them for nearly two months and Ive already recommended my small circle of business owners to them. (It didnt hurt that Global provides a referral incentive!) All in all, Im thoroughly pleased with my decision to switch to Global and Im looking forward to a prosperous business relationship with them.

Great customer service. Every time I have any question about my credit card machine their technical department will stay on the phone until the issue is resolved. They even made a house call to my business to check my terminal. I highly recommend them.

Be a very Careful with sign up with this company, There sales rep will tell you that you have no contract but when you are not happy with there service they will tall you have contract now and penalty is Thousand dollars (I have my own card machine not using there machine). They have a lot of hidden charges and you try to adjust them they will say sorry we are going to credit to your account next month statement but, never happens. I dont want a see other people or shops getting this problems with this company so stay a way.... They took Thousand dollar out of my account and ignore and laugh and me on the phone say what can you do .... Well I guess noting.. they are a lot bigger then my little store... I lost, but happy i switch to other bigger company for less trouble ( shouldnt switch to this company to begin with it is my mistake )

Sales rep is a true con artist. I was naive to sign up with a 4 year contract with amazing credit card rates that beats the square. With the promise if I was not happy that I can cancel at any time without ANY FEES. When I tried to cancel a couple of months in because the fees were too high, they said I have to pay early termination fee! This sales rep. made the deal sound so good and said I have to sign up that day. I should have known it was too good to be true. This month I had $80 processing fees on $760 sales, over 10% fees!!!! not including the $56 terminal lease. PLEASE BE BEWARE!!

He behaved so rudely and have me a card with name of Global processing system. If you think someone uses your company name then I would suggest please look into it. I think the best advantage is the high level of customer service that Global Processing Systems provides. For example, when one of terminals stopped feeding receipt paper, they sent Karen Diaz to troubleshoot the terminal right away. She was fast and thorough and resolved our problem in the same day.

Stay away from this company if you do not want to fall into a trap. I was offered in writing a credit card terminal without any contract or cancellation fees. Next thing I noticed in my bank, GPS locked me into a lease; something that was of the context of the agreement. After a couple of months, I decided to ended their services and GPS was not cooperating with the process. I had many arguments over the phone with their agents because they did not want to close my merchant account. Then, I stop using their services and noticed a hefty fee of 595 debited from my bank account and they did not clarify the reason for it. So if you want to make sense out of my story, please do yourself a favor and do more research before you sign with this COMPANY.
