Receptionist is very friendly but this business moves at the speed of near suspended animation. My insurance company sent a records almost 3 weeks ago and they still have not generated an invoice for the records. My claim will be denied on Monday. I will lose a week of pay. Is Gulf Coast Process gonna make my house payment in December, right before Christmas? I don’t think they care.
