Good people friendly service

Was out of town for work and work truck broke down with an intermittent issue. Steven tirelessly tracked down wire after wire, made some repairs. Due to the company swapping out the truck, he had to button it up but it seemed like it was repaired. He did more work than he billed for. Very knowledgeable and deserves all the business he can get.

Steven was quick with his communication and answered my questions promptly. Showed me the problems with my vehicle and got to work immediately there after. Very happy with my experience here and will be referring friends / family for future needs. Highly recommended!

Had an A/C problem, Steven was there to answer all my questions and to help me get going again. Very informative and kept me up to date through the whole process. He’s very nice and trust worthy, if you’re not happy with the outcome he will do anything to fix the situation and is about making the customers happy. You can tell he has a lot of experience behind the wheel and under the hood. Definitely recommend going to him, I will be going back!

Steven is amazing! I have an H3 ( which I do NOT recommend to anyone! Lol) But Steven has taken care of me since day ONE!!! Answers texts and phone calls. Goes out of his way to help. I’m a woman and there obviously is a fear factor when it comes to being swindled with car repairs. They are honest and have taken great care of me and this stupid car of mine. When you are traveling, the last thing you ever want is to have car troubles. Yet that is exactly what happened to my family.Fortunately, where we broke down happened to be three miles away from here. I called and spoke with the owner who, even though he was on vacation himself, made sure we were seen right away as soon as we were towed in.Being that I was in my Honda, I had no idea what was in store, including cost. However, what choice did I have?To my surprise, the cost was very reasonable and the service that went with it was exceptional! Not only was the mechanic friendly and took the time to show me everything, the owner called me to make sure my family and I were ok.I gladly give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and I am thankful of all the places to break down it was near this fine establishment.Thank you Grand Autoplex!

Omg a deer ran into my truck and of course I was devastated took her in and omg when I picked her up this Saturday I could do nothing but cry she looked totally different I love my truck and thanks to GRAND AUTOPLEX for making my baby look better than ever
