Big store. Bathrooms available too. Lots of merchandise and seasonal items.

The store was junky! Empty shelves, broken shelves, merchandise not in the right places, open chips all over the shelves. Definitely needed a fix! The merchandise is good but the display is bad.

It was clean and pleasant. Plenty of workers stacking up the shelves with new items. Got what I needed to get. Happy customer.

My nephew went to get me Epsom Salt and he couldnt find it. I called the store and Moises answer he was kind and told me it was aisle #6 and he offered to go get one and hold it at the front register. Thank you Moises!

This is my favorite Dollar Tree location in San Diego. Ive been to at least 4. Google Maps doesnt take you to the actual store though, put in for Chuck E Cheese, that will take you right to the store. Lots of easy parking

This is a nice store, clean and relatively tidy. My cashier was very sweet.

Poorly run, stocked and managed. I live nearby but usually go to Sera Mesa instead because of the suckitude here.

Use to work part time, Management is the stereotypical power trip manager, and plays favorites with asst. Managers. Theyll belittle you and expect you to complete task with either broken or missing equipment. Worst job ever. Manager was so petty that when I quit, he called me in to pock my last check ($2.00) really? Anyways I went so I can say bye to my cool coworkers, then before I left the manger says sorry we had to let you go in the front of the store, in front of customers just trying to make me look bad. I didnt care i just smirked and said Oooh Kay sarcastically and left

Let me just start off by saying I love Dollar Tree and their products. But this specific location... management is horrible. I got hired as a part time associate for 2-3 days per week. I worked during the holiday rush and as soon as that ended, so did my shifts. I contacted the manager many times and he was always conveniently gone. I finally got ahold of the manager who does scheduling and he goes to tell me I was hired for seasonal only. I was hired as a permanent part time associate working 2-3 days per week. If I were seasonal only, it wouldve been disclosed at the time of hire. I went out of town for a week. He told me when I returned to come in and we could try and work something out. So I went in today to talk to him, he proceeds to tell me he scheduled me for 4 shifts before my trip and that he called and left me a voicemail. (ALL OF WHICH IS FALSE INFORMATION!!!) He then says Im not in HR anymore and that Im no longer part of the company. I was so frustrated that I left. Not more than 30 min later, my phone rings. Its him... telling me Im actually still in the HR system and if I want, I can work 2-3 days a week!!! It has been back and forth with him! Him not following through and lying! Management is horrible! I declined his offer as I dont want to work in a place where I am unappreciated and lied to.

Not many people in line, but a looong wait. Why? One cashier and the general manager will not help out on a register. He meanders around apparently unable multitask - at all. Seriously. Get a woman in that position. Shell show you how its done.

Went to the store and they had all the grad pic frams but the has the wrong year on them they had 2019 they shouldnt been on the sheleves since its 2020

Came here to get some things for an upcoming event I counted everything that I was getting prior to scanning to purchase there were 2 items that are 2 for $1 and others that were $1 my count was 35 total minus 2 for the 2 for 1 with tax lets say $ 36 after scanned the lady rings me up at $42 I told her my count and as shes counting back she Is adding the items that are clearly together as 2 as well as the items that are 2 for $1 so make sure to count your items before purchasing Im sure she scanned something a few times instead of just scanning each item individually very shady on her part even tho its just a dollar but thats besides the point. Maybe scanning one item at a time would be better not to over charge anyone as they almost did me. Not to mention I didnt purchase the items because she wanted to count 3 times because she kept losing her place and still double counting as I clearly pulled the 2 for a $1 out and the stapled gift bags that were together that she counted individualy as well. Wont be coming to this location again

This Dollar tree is extremely friendly. They are also one of the cleaner stores Ive shopped at.That said, the four stars is for lack of products. I thought they didnt sell bread until I found the one loaf in the store. Basic things Ive found at other locations like electric range food catchers for underneath the burners. They were out of stock on a lot of things.Otherwise not a bad store.

This store is clean, cashiers are quick & friendly. Huge selection on everything.

The biggest and best Dollar Tree Ive ever been in the service was great they really make you feel like you belong there and they cant wait to help you I love it and I will be going back hopefully a lot its just a ways off from where I live

The Dollar Tree in Grossmont Center is spacious and clean - my favorite location from this chain. I found lots of great items for a party as well as some educational and holiday items.

The staff is pretty friendly and although the lines can get a little long, they always do their best to move the line while still providing good service. I live Dollar Tree because they always have unexpected finds. Great supplies for art projects too.

Definitely not the greatest Dollar Tree Ive been in it since ad shape its not clean its not organized product is not out cashiers are not assigned so they have one cashier with a long line who has to quit call for help again management is non-existent during the day or the evening but especially during the day Ive never seen a manager at never seen anyone come to help any situation that is anything better than a cashier there for the last month-and-a-half its been loser time Central if you can avoid this particular Dollar Tree do so

I love coming here with my wife, we always start off with a clear goal and end up with a cart for of squirt guns, bouncy balls and candy. When everything is a dollar its almost more fun to see what you can discover than to shop for what you need.

This is the best Dollar Tree! Its clean, organized, and has a great selection!
