I had a great experience the first year I worked with Dylan and he came every few months to do the treatment and I could tell a big difference. This fall I paid a year in advance again and he has not shown up since then. I’ve left several messages and should’ve already had at least one more treatment. I’m starting to see the water bugs again and it’s frustrating because I’ve already paid ahead for treatments and there’s no response.

Absolute recommend! I imminently felt better about my mosquito infested backyard after speaking with Dylan on the phone. He really knows his stuff and was very patient when explaining my options. Now I have my yard treated once a month and couldnt be more pleased. Thank you Buzz Busters!

Great people and great service! Steve came out to our Cedar Park home and treated for ants last week and I havent seen one since. He was right on time and the service was fast. Id recommend Buzz Busters to anyone!

Steve is the best. He is always incredibly punctual, considerate, and personable. Not to mention, our insect issue is totally gone. We have him to thank for that. He comes out at the first sight of any creepy crawlies and takes care of it for us.

Originally got this as a gift from my dad for my new house b/c we had a really bad mosquito problem. They came out and treated and it was fine for about 1 weekend. LESS than a month later, we are being SWARMED by mosquitos!!! I emailed them and had a response from Kelly who scheduled me for a retreat within the week supposedly free of charge. Which sounded great. Day of the retreat I get a phone call from the tech Dylan, saying that they are going to have to charge me b/c the treatment only lasts 18-21 days!!!!! So what.... am I supposed to have my yard sprayed every 3 weeks!!!????? So, needless to say I cancelled the retreat since I had originally been told it was FREE OF CHARGE, and then try and charge me the day of. RIDICULOUS!

World class customer service!

I had these people come spray at my home they sent their son out dillion come to my home and steal prescription medication from my home and the mother is the owner and accused us of lying about her son stealing anything of ours when we personally saw him take it I would not recommend them to anyone ever
