Ever since I purchased my vehicle I have brought it to this car wash. I noticed my vehicle had scratches throughout the hood, roof, and trunk of my car. I spoke with a manager named Andrew regarding the issue since I’ve only brought my car here. He was very nice and polite and told me to bring my car in to get looked at. Today I bring my car in and Gary the regional manager was extremely rude and did not even listen to what I had to say. He claims these scratches on my vehicle are from sun damage and not his car wash. It’s ridiculous how one manager says we can file a claim and investigate and the other doesn’t even listen to their paying customers. Don’t recommend this place whatsoever I will stick to laser car washes from now, I have to now eat the cost of $1,000 to repair the scratches on my car!

Reasonable price.After first wash I had some scratches in the top of my car. When I asked they said It probably cat scratching. They do not admitted that was from the Brush.

I have a monthly membership and have been relatively happy... no real issues. EXCEPT! If you advertise that you are open until 730... BE OPEN UNTIL 7:30! I just went by at 7:12 & they were closed. I understand its Sat & ppl want to get their nite started... then change your hours. Simple easy customer service type stuff.

If I could give less I would , first of all the GM Gary is a horrible representation of what a GM should be . I bought a brand new $60k car and at the time I was already a year long customer . The machine damaged my wheel and right away he states it was prior damage . How is that if the car is brand new. The machine clearly stopped mid wash and lifted my car and the guy had to come out push a button or whatever he did to get the machine going clearly damaged my vehicle . After months of waiting no calls or emails from him or Patrick the other so called upper manager . The cost of the fix isnt the issue its the principle of making it right....if you enjoy the way your car looks PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Great place for a wash! Always plenty of cleaning supplies for free.. Only feedback is Id love a solution for removing the bugs off the front of the car because Ive been through the wash 3 times this week and the bugs are still there.

Wish they did a bit more on bug removal but I keep coming!! Really a great car wash

Took my vehicle to be washed and it was still dirty all around the bottom advised office staff and was let through one more time. My vehicle was pretty much the same after the second wash. Seems like some of the crew members with the brushes are too lazy to do their job. I was definitely not satisfied with the service some of the staff was very unprofessional looking as well. Not a good representation/service of the establishment as I have experienced before.

We came from out of town and needed a quick wash/vacuum. The car wash was worth the basic wash we paid for. Impressed that they have free microfiber towels, rug cleaner, and sprays to make your car wash experience excellent. They don’t have those extras in the car washes we go to in Arizona.

Guy that scrubs the front before entering hit my pillar, when i showed management they pretty much said it was impossible and there no way to prove this was done here. Thanks for damaging my brand new truck!

I love the place. I always have a problem getting the screen to work for me. But thats on me. The wash does a decent job and having shade, vacuum, towels, and washer fluid in a spray bottle is fantastic.

Car wash best in buda and Kyle but the cleaning products are literally just water. Tryed the ice spray for interior smell and didnt get an initial smell after a few sprays then sprayed my hand and there was no ice smell. Ice is a pretty strong scent sooo... even if it was diluted u would still smell something.. window cleaner is a hit or miss ..first bottle I used was diluted alot. Second bottle smelt more like window cleaner.

Its a great place if you enjoy having damaged paint on your car and management that will promise to call you back but never do so.

The term unlimited doesn’t mean once per day. Very unprofessional false advertising.

Not happy with this car wash! I had my vehicle washed and less than 5 hours later it rained. I went back with my receipt and they refused me another wash. I asked for just the basic wash. The woman told me if they did that for me they would have to for everyone. Wow! Will never go there again. Gonna go to my usual place where they honor the 24 hour if it rains they will give ya a basic wash for free if you have your receipt.

This location does not have an express lane so even if you have the express pass you still sit behind people trying to use the payment machine while you watch people who pulled up after you get in line before you. It’s frustrating and I would recommend the bastrop location over this one for this reason I never deal with this there as they have a lane for people who have the monthly pass

I’m 95% sure that as I was going through the wash, my tire was slashed from the mechanics. Soon after getting my car washed, my driver front tire went completely flat with a fairly large slit. Other than that, my exterior got a good cleaning- nice and shiny

Second time I went because i purchased the membership, and I notice my car was damaged. Yes a brand new vehicle had a scratch on the side because of the dumb employees that scrub your vehicle before entering the car wash.I am not going back. 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I keep getting double charged each month. 3 months now in a row. No refund or cancelation without going up in person to speak with the manager.... Well he never returns phone calls or calls back when he said he will with info on why Im getting double charged. I dont have time to go up and speak face to face. Not a good idea..Ill let you have an earful.. You dont want to make it weird ...

I have the Rapid Falls monthly subscription. Almost every visit, my tires do not get shined as advertised. Most of the time, the car is cleaned thoroughly with the drive thru wash. They do offer complimentary vacuums, car mat cleaners, window spray, and sprayable air fresheners. If their drive thru mechanisms worked as they should, this place would be 5 stars.

Have the quick pass.. monthly thing.. like it.. always cleans well and your able to do a quick wipe down of the windows and a vac if you need.. super nice and so far.. they have keep it well maintained.. lets hope they keep up the good work and dont let it drop off..

Great clean for the cars. Helpful staff. Easy to get to. Plenty of vacuum stations. All necessary accessories for cleaning interior of the car. The only reason not 5 stars is that a few of their vacuums arent up to full strength.

This place has the best automatic washes. Sadly, I didnt give it 5 stars because Im having a hard time getting them to cancel my monthly subscription. I was assured they would do it, I brought my original receipt, the young lady took my receipt and number and I stopped using it. Just got billed!

I did the $10 a month membership and I canceled 30 days later. I was told I wasn’t going to get charged but I was $30 and now there saying that I canceled after 2:00pm. Not once did the guy tell me that. I could have been washing my vehicle for another month since I was charged $39. Just happened I noticed it on my Bill. I called them but they didn’t seem to care! Told them they needed to tell there staff what the rules are in these memberships. So look at your card statement if you cancel. 😠

Best car wash ever. 30 bucks a month and you can get your car washed every day. Free towls, window clean, vacums and car scents. First month is a special offer. If you take full advantage its a dollar a car wash. Not to mention the staff is great and the car wash itself does a wonderful job. It cleans and shines your tires so you dont have to probably my favorite part. Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience especially if you get the Black dude who dances and sings as he preps your vehicle. That dude needs to get a pay raise! Makes the experience entertaining.

Im not sure if they change management but they no longer have towels available to dry your cars. You have to go ask the office for them.

Gone downhill since openingFrequently out of wipe down rags, loose trash outside in vacuuming area and inside wash. Brushes seem to not know when to move in and clean. Tire dressing is a joke and seldom works.

Absolutely love this place! I went the first day they opened and got the monthly package. I have went several times a week since, and always had a wonderful experience. Sometimes the lines get a little long, but it always moves fast so the wait is never long. Definitely recommend!

While it is state of the art and they have amazing vacuums, my car came out with all kinds of stuff still on it,front, sides and back.

I’m giving this a five star because when going through the car wash today I paid for the $12 version and received the $6 basic. However, 10 minutes after I sent an email telling them what happened.. I received a phone call from the area manager and another from a different manager. They admitted there was an issue with the system and were happy to accommodate me with a higher level car wash or refund, whichever I prefer. Great customer service in my opt and that is why I’ll use them again! Oh, car wash was good as well.

Love coming here to wash my car. The free interior self-detail vacuums and soft cloths always make me feel accomplished after seeing my car when Im done.

Since it’s a machine I know it’s not going to be spectacular but the membership is worth it and you definitely get your $$ worthPeople try to cheat the system by tailgating and it messes up the queue but the employees fix it and they don’t mind fixing itThey offer sprays and cloths so that’s a plus

My husband and I have had the top of the line monthly wash service for years in Bastrop. So when this one in Kyle opened up we got the membership for both of our vehicles. On 2 separate occasions our truck has gotten stuck and even ripped a part of their wheel device. Yesterday’s was the final straw. We got stuck inside so the so called manager came out and asked if we had it in neutral. Seriously! We know what to do and it’s not a huge oversized truck. Then he asked if we had extensions. He wasn’t very professional and seemed bothered. What kind of people are they hiring? He seemed like the ignorant one. Apparently we are not the only one that this has happened to. A friend of ours had the same thing happen. So we have cancelled the membership for both vehicles.

I like to know what makes them think they can charge a person credit card..... it’s been raining and I do not even live in Kyle . Now going to have to drive to Kyle and get my money back. They do not have a phone number listed.

Ive used Rapid Wash for years in Victoria, my wife and I subscribed when the Kyle location opened and got the first 6 months for half off. Were on month 4 and they lost our credit card info, when we offered to update our info, they informed us we wouldnt be able to continue with our original plan and would have to start full price. We had every intention of renewing when the 6 month cycle was over at full price, but after this horrible (and embarrassing) experience, we wont be back. Both of our subscriptions have been cancelled. The Victoria location is much more organized.

This is a great car wash. They have plenty of cloth rags and cleaner to let you dry off and clean your car extra after you drive through the wash.

This location is not consistent or professional. I drove up to use my monthly subscription and it says it did not renew. One of the employees directs me to park in an office spot to get it resolved and it takes her 10 min just to hunt down a manager. Once I get in the office the manager takes 5 min to address me. We run through different ways to find my account, just to realize they had a card I replaced three months ago. (I dont know why it was just then registering with them.) All in all he says is because its a new card I lost the promotion I just signed up and budgeted for.They werent helpful or wanted to try and offer anything to meet in the middle. Theyre system is messed up and if you dont work perfectly with it they gip you.

Havent had no issues. The staff I interacted with was friendly and my car was washed well for $6.00. The free vacuum is awesome and they have damp clothes to wipe your car down when youre done. Im definitely coming back. I couldnt get an windex due to the conrona virus in which I understand.

*******WARNING*******I do not suggest using this car wash, I have made several attempts for the owner to make this right and fix my vehicle but he has not made any attempt other then for me to go up to the location and have his GM Gary look at damage. I did so and all the GM did was get very ugly and verbal (I have 2 people that are witnesses). I am now having to pay out of pocket for a their damages!!
