I did not hire these people, so maybe they work differently when not on a contract job. They were hired by my local power company to remove trees/branches from near power lines (Im assuming). I went to my home for lunch to find 4 truck loads of these guys leaned up against their trucks, in my driveway and blocking any access to my house, while a bucket truck proceeded to drive through and destroy the yard I just spent the last year working on to make look presentable. Now it looks like a demolition derby pit. They also left all the cut branches and debris just laying in my yard. Im not sure why they were physically on my property to begin with when theyre only supposed to be working on roadside lines. I cant stress enough just how livid I am with all of this.

A good tree cutting outfit but to high for me

I would give less than 1 if possible. They took over 4 weeks to cut down and remove the debris of a tree from my front yard. They left a large 10-12 foot section of the tree in my front yard for 3 of those weeks. Each time I called to see when they would return i got several different excuses about a truck being broken or not up to code but it would be ready that week, but it was never the truth. When they finally came to remove the large section they dropped it and made a very large hole in my front yard. Any time I interacted with an employee they were rude. I would never let this company do any work for me if given the choice.

Regrettably they have the habit of parking their equipment on private property. They have now done that to us three times. I have contacted the company about it and they are so immune to any concern for public relations that they have never responded. Nor have they ever desisted from parking their equipment on private property. I suppose they simply dont care. If their business is as shoddy as their attitude, they should be out of work very soon. Next time it happens Ill simply report their machinery to the police as abandoned and have it hauled away.

I just had one of their drivers cut me off when I was on the highway doing 55 pulling out front of me I had to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting him. He then ran his truck up to 70 miles an hour in a 45 Zone and just about ran slap into the back of somebody else. My question is who is allowing these people to drive these trucks this way, 20000 pound truck should not be treated like a sports car

Wolf Tree is for commercial entities to have tree work done on a larger scale. I asked them about residential and someone was supposed to call me back or visit to do an estimate, but never did. The work Ive seen for their commercial side has been fantastic but it was kind of a bummer not hearing back about residential.

As part of the great customer service Georgia Power provides to their customers, they contracted these buffoons to clear lines. They cut a few branches for the top 3 lines and did nothing for the lines underneath. I only gave 1 star to post the review. Actually negative 3 is more appropriate.

The very worst don’t care about the property, and park their truck in the worst way imaginable and when you ask them to move so people can get in to their house they shrug there shoulders and say not our problem

Without even letting me know they were going into my fenced back yard, they untied the gate and went in with chain saws. When I complained, the supervisor on the job told me he was calling the police on me. They filmed me complaining, and when I said don’t touch those trees, the supervisor said “Watch this!” and climbed it. Their rude behavior is over the top.

Listed as an EPB contractor in my neighborhood they are hired to clear the lines of trees and undergrowth. I have had these lazy guys parked in front of my house on and off for a month and have caught them asleep in their trucks several times. If they would do the job they’re hired to do, they would be done and on to the next job. Obviously there is a lack of supervision. I hired a different tree company to cut down 72 full grown trees in my back yard and haul them off. That was finished quicker than these guys can trim saplings. EPB will realize what a waste of money these guys are before long.

They have been in our driveway for over a week, they have made a total mess of our mountain and say they are not responsible to clean it up. my husband is 73 and i am disabled. they cut things that were not trees and leave them. they get here at 8am and sit in the truck most of the day.

They showed up this afternoon without warning. They made themselves at home by opening gates to my backyard and walking on in. They then proceeded to cut down every tree along my northern property line. Ive lived here for ten years without any problems but they thought I might some day. A supervisor, I assume, came and asked if there was a problem when he saw me taking pictures. I told him that he and his crew were trespassing and didnt have permission to be on my property. He simply shrugged and went back to destroying my yard. They then backed a wood chipper and huge truck directly behind my car so I couldnt leave and everyone disappeared. I didnt see a workman for nearly an hour. My complaints, concerns and questions fell on deaf ears.

Great place to work and very knowledgeable in tree care.

They left trash in my neighbors yard. They cut a large section of the fence that keeps my other neighbors horses from getting in my yard, and took off without telling anyone. They also cut down trees on my property without even telling me. Oh, and when they were doing work on my road I almost had a wreck because they were working on a blind curve with no warning and no flagger.

This company came through and hacked my trees up 3 months since I had them trimmed no reason to hack them up like they did and left a mess in my yard !

I was driving down a road that wolf tree service was working on an they made me so mad I had to set there for 20-30 mins before they would move their truck to let me go by,one man was standing beside truck 2 others were standing on a bank an one in the truck they werent doing anything just standing around,when I ask them to please move their truck so I could go by(which was setting in the middle of road) the man was rude and one of the others called me a B----- , I will never use Wolf nor recommend them to anyone.
