I took the GED classes for math a few years ago and it was a wonderful experience. The staff, specially the director Chris were so nice and helpful. The best teacher Ms. Herman was awesome. She has so much patience and she really know how help you understand something so hard in a simple way. She was great!!! I would recommend ALCO in a heartbeat. Thanks!!!

The front desk lady was very rude. she has no manners, i said hi and she just said: write your name on the waiting list, she needs to get some costumer service training. absolutely unprofessional, my experience was the same as someone just wrote below: i just wanted to say it in my own broken english writing but here is what he wrote: (copy and paste) :I walked in to find out information. The staff in the front did not greet me at all. In fact I greeted them and instead of returning the hello they instructed me to sign in. I explained I just have a few questions. The other lady behind the counter raised her voice and said to sign in. Very rude and unfriendly. The other folks waiting noticed the rude behavior as well. I simply just turned right around and walked out. Would never recommend this place to anyone. If they cant even be nice if cant imagine the rest of the staff

I do not like leaving bad feedback whatsoever but whoever the hell hired the staff at this place is a dummy! Experienced a RUDE welcome and a teacher helped me to the front desk (because i was lost) and the lady in front pretty much yelled at him for speaking before me NOT knowing he was helping me! Super rude and just plain out MEAN. The staff in the front were all standing around not doing a damn thing but gossiping in spanish which they thought I didnt understand probably because the color of my skin but I am 100% puerto rican and understood 100% of what they were discussing mind you none of it was education related. People who come to this office come to learn and grow not to be treated with such disrespect! This place needs new employees. I agree with ALL the negative feedback from this place. Really sad how they are operating such a place!
