Best USPS if you don’t need a receipt and your packages/envelopes are ready to go.Remarkably quick and easy compared to a normal USPS site.This location is for simple and quick sending only.Like past users who gave this location 1 star, drive 2 more miles and you’re at the typical USPS where you’re waiting in line forever for your complicated packages and they’ll take care of you!I hardly need a receipt and usually print off my label/package myself, so this location has been a lifesaver.

Best post office Ive ever been to!! Calm, clean, with real art on the walls. Feels like a private business but every thing says USPS...

What a worthless place. The people at the counter were unprofessional and rude, they couldnt give me a receipt for a dropped off package, and cant make shipping labels. I of course found this out after I unloaded my 25+ pound packages that they had me bring out to the delivery driver myself before they would even help me.

Becky went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. I called in a little worried, a few days ago, because I hadn’t been receiving my mail and was waiting for my election ballot. She realized quickly it was due to the fact that my name wasn’t on my mailbox, we had just moved and I didn’t realize it wasn’t. She suggested I put my name in the inside and she would leave a note for the mail carrier. In the meantime I was going to reach out to see if they could remail my ballot. About 20 minutes later, I get a call and it was Becky letting me know that she found my ballot that was about to be returned to the sender as undeliverable mail! She said she would let the carrier know to redeliver it tomorrow and to make sure I put my name in my mailbox. My ballot was in the mail yesterday! Becky has excellent customer service and it brightened my day just speaking with her. Thank you!

We’re new to the area and had to place a hold mail for going out of town. The person working the counter was incredibly rude and made fun of me for not knowing that they were the smaller of two post offices in Kirkland. Don’t waste your time looking for any help here.

Friendly place, they have a bit of packing air-pillows etc that they recycle for free, so I was able to fill out my package a little more. If you have an international package to mail you might want to phone first, as I recall there was something special about doing that.

Best kept secret on the Eastside. Great customer service. Good location. Very helpful staff.

Terrible service. The absolute worst I have ever seen. Lost mail, horrible customer service, lousy communications.

Shh..dont tell anyone, this is essentially a secret fully functioning contracted post office. This is the place I go on the holidays to mail stuff.
