We hired MJW for landscaping services and to take care of the communities common park area. They came when they said they would and did a spectacular job. We are looking forward to working with them again!

I would give these guys more stars if i could. Its my first year coming here for christmas trees. They have an amazing selection of trees and are so kind and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted and they helped me and found me the perfect tree. I went in to pay and the office girls are so friendly! I came out and my tree was already fresh cut and loaded and tied down onto my car. I will definitely be back for years to come! Im so glad I found this company.

I cant say enough good about this company. Mike delivered our magnificent tree (creatively hoisting it up the balcony of our very tall townhouse) and was so kind and accommodating and professional (along with his wonderful cohort). This is the kind of business we should ALL be supporting. They kicked off Christmas with a LOT of holiday cheer for us. A GREAT BUSINESS.

We ordered a 9 foot Noble Fir with delivery and setup and couldnt be happier. This is the first time weve ordered a Christmas Tree and it has been an amazing experience. Mike and his staff have a painless process. The prices seem fair and ordering is pretty straightforward. Our tree arrived full and fresh! I 100% recommend MJW Christmas Trees!

Took my grandchildren to pick out their Christmas Tree. The tree is beautiful and the entire experience was a dream, we also grabbed a couple wreaths for our doors. Choosing the tree was painless. We were helped right away, and picked out a beauty. Next year we will opt for delivery and setup as Im getting to old to lug a tree around and their prices are pretty reasonable. Best Christmas Tree Delivery on the Eastside! Every December I come up to Bellevue for Christmas at my grandparents. This is the second year weve had MJW Christmas Trees deliver and setup my grandparents tree. They even come back to remove it too. Everything worked out perfect. They take the hassle out and make it super easy to get an epic Christmas tree.

Found MJW online when our usual Christmas tree lot place didn’t have much inventory. Tatiana was very friendly from start to finish and she graciously helped us get the tree we wanted with our limited budget. A+ service. Great way to start our Christmas season!

Went there just looking for something small and ended up getting one of there beautiful larger trees (it was a noble), because they offered such good customer service! I was impressed with the level of enthusiasm they showed for providing an awesome tree! I am definitely going to recommend this place to my local family and friends.

For over 10 years we have purchased the most beautiful tree, wreaths and garlands from here and each year we are delighted with the quality, reasonable price, and friendly service...but last night was extra special! We are incredibly picky about our Christmas tree and after my daughter and I finally decided on a 9-10 foot tree and a stunning extra large wreath (over 4 in diameter) we were preparing ourselves for the struggle ahead when we got home, with no men to help!!! Mike was so wonderful and charming and generously offered to follow us home, bringing Travis and Carmelo along to help. They bought the tree inside, put it in the stand, trimmed extra branches off the bottom...and even watered it!!! They really went out of their way to help and we couldnt have asked for a better experience to start our Christmas decorating. I just put the finishing touches on this masterpiece and I am so grateful and delighted. Everyone should get their tree from here, my parents do each year also, and so should you...and I will definitely have it delivered each year from now on as it was so easy and fun and our tree is perfectly straight. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Mike and his crew...even the nice lady taking our money!! See you soon for the garlands.....

Great selection of trees with very nice people working who helped me get just the tree I was looking for and a very good price!! They even gave me a discount and loaded the tree into my car!!! Highly recommend!!

Not dealt with fairly!!! Tree was lovely, BUT person ahead of me was charged $90 for a 9 tree and I was charged $80 for a 6 1/2 tree. I mentioned the discrepency, she lied to me and then quickly shut her receipt book which I could already see the sale. I was not feeling well, so took the tree home, BUT will never go there again. They all talk like they are going to give you a great deal, calling you pet names as they then gouge you. There are a lot of choices out there - this will not be mine in the future!

My first experience with MJW Services was a positive one, which is why I recently reached out to them again. The battery in my mower died and while I waited for the replacement to be sent, I was unable to mow my lawn.I spoke with Mike, let him know the grass was up near the ankles already, and he said he would help me out and get two men out to cut the grass and he could do it for $90. He was not able to get out for about a week and obviously, the grass grew another couple of inches in that time.After the team came out, I got a bill for more than $200, for the work of four men, not two. I was not made aware that the quote would change. If someone had called me when they arrived to do the work and made me aware the original quote was no longer accurate, I would have appreciated it.When I called to discuss my concerns with Mike, Marcella in the office asked me if I could speak with him the next morning. I told her I had a doctor’s appointment at 9am and asked if I could speak with Mike around lunchtime. She said he would call me then. Instead, Mike took it upon himself to call me at 9am that next morning, when I was walking into my appointment. Not recognizing the phone number, I answered and was greeted by Mike asking, “What are you trying to do to me?”I expressed my concern to Mike, about the great discrepancy in the quoted and billed cost, and was met with unprofessionalism and condescension.I was told that he was doing me a favor by cutting my lawn for me. He said it was “nice that you were able to go out to dinner while my guys were cutting your grass for you.” He complained that I was “beating him up over $100.” As I tried to explain to him, my issue wasn’t with the cost itself, but the fact I had been quoted one price and received a bill for more than double that cost, without any notice.I explained to Mike how I felt he was being condescending and rude to me and he said, “Well, I’m not in customer service – I’m not Starbucks.”Marcella reduced the bill slightly (though not to the quoted rate) and I have paid my bill in full, but I told Mike I would no longer be working with him and MJW Services. Rather than take a step back and apologize for the mishandling of the quote and how he treated me, Mike refused to accept any responsibility.

It was easy to find, the staff was very pleasant and happy to help out, and the prices are reasonable. Very good experience. We got a tree, wreath, and several feet of garland.

Im super disappointed since I am bonkers about christmas and thought it would be awesome to get a tree from here instead of a grocery store or rite aid. My mistake. Walked around, no one approached me. Heard staff so went and found them, all four staff members saw me, did not greet me, then walked into the building and shut the door. Not anywhere near closing time so the only reason I can fathom is complete apathy regarding profits or laziness, but who knows.

We’re happy with our tree and the customer service was great. A little pricy, but I’m sure it’s a tough industry.
