I went to the Kirkland, WA 2289667 store yesterday to upgrade my phone. The only agent working, Gus, was helping a customer out, but made it a point to greet me cheerfully and assure me that he’d be with me shortly. Which he was. I found his knowledge of products and plans very helpful. I feel as though if I ever need assistance again I can return to this store.

James was awesome! Very patient, very knowledgeable and come to find that he is a manager with whole lot of other responsibilities, he still had time to give excellent customer service. Definitely will recommend my friends and family to visit this store.

Someone from AT&T calls me every day for weeks now to try and sell me their direct TV package. I called them back and politely asked how I could get off their call list and they said goodbye and hung up on me. Incredibly rude and makes me never even want to consider switching to AT&T. If anyone has a suggestion on how to get them to stop calling me, I would love to know.

Great store! The sales reps Colton and Tim were very knowledgeable and educated. They were able to answer all questions and were nice about it. We recently were seeking information about a promotion, and the manager also worked with us to get all we wanted and more. We’d definitely go back. This is a great representation of the AT&T brand.

Went it to the store and told them Im switching to another carrier and to remove my line from the family plan I was on. Without asking me, they set up a new account in my name. The first bill that came weeks later wasted some of my time canceling the account and getting the charges waved. They told me I would not receive any more bills but guess what I got in the mail this week. This second bill wasted hours of my time and unspeakable frustration to get the fraudulent charges waived on an account that was already closed. Support is abysmal with AT&T. Please do not waste your time and money.I sincerely hope the sales associate at this store just misunderstood what I told them. I find it hard to believe that someone would purposely waste my time and money just to get their new account numbers higher.Regardless, I will never do business with AT&T again.

Ive been calling all morning and it goes to a voicemail??? In what massive establishment is that alright? I also have yet to receive a call back.Cell phone companies are bad enough on their own, this is a perfect way to add salt to an injury.You Fail.

I hate going into phone stores, but Doug and Brandon made the interaction not only pleasant but really fun. I had fun talking about his many car projects and he ended up saving me $15 a month. Best experience ever, go to this ATT store they are the best.

My initial experience at the Kirkland outlet was good. I left with a new cell phone. I was told that a cover or plastic case for my Galaxy J7 (2018) was not available , it would be ordered. I would be called to pick it up. All that was on 8/28/2018. I was not called. I have tried to contact the Kirkland AT&T outlet and have be given nothing but an unintelligible runaround with requirements suggesting, I do not have an account. None of the (code numbers, Passwords etc) work. At this stage I am completely confused. My phone works I am being billed by AT&T. I do not know what to do except visit another AT&T outlet. Went into this store this afternoon as had an issue with a sim not connecting to cellular data. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the issue resolved with a new replacement sim. The AT&T representative Doug was very calm, polite, happy and responsive throughout the process and generally seemed very knowledgeable about his products. Experience all around was very positive. The Issue was fixed and I was back out of the store within about 15 mins. All is now working as it should be. More than happy to recommend this store. Compared to other AT&T stores I’ve been to in the area over last couple of years (as I’ve visited a few) this one seems like one of the best for service.

Service was fine, but as an AT&T customer for decades, I find it annoying that I still get nickled and dimed by them. Had to pay $5 to have a lost SIM card replaced (just for the privilege to continue paying them $200 a month for wireless service).

This is the 2nd time I went in to get help. Marc was always helpful and friendly even though he knew I may not be a paying customer. If you just want to get yourself a phone and a plan and dont want to be pressured, Id go see Marc. He always suggests options that works best for you.

I was purchasing an iphone for the first time, and my sister and I worked with Brandon at the Kirkland store on 124th St. He was an enormous help to us. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Whats more, he never talked over our heads like some salesman tend to do. He was patient and took his time explaining the workings of the iphone. He was a delight to work with. Im so glad we had his help! Hes definitely the one Ill be going back to if I need help with my iphone!

Was just in (9:00am) waited over 10 minutes before the guy working the floor acknowledged I was there. His undivided attention was on the only other customer there, a man. Finally after joking with the other customer that I must be invisible the sales person asked what he could help me with. I showed him the 2 broken phones, explained what I needed to him and he walked off. No offer of help. I stood around another few minutes while he ignored me then I left. Needed to buy a new galaxy s7 active and 2 sim cards, on my way to best buy now. Didnt realize I needed to bring my husband with me to buy a phone.

Went to this store to change SIM card to micro SIM one. Usually there is a charge, but here the guy simply took out something that looks like a stapler and cut my card to the size needed. He was very kind and knowledgeable, told me since I know have a smartphone I may be getting charged for data plan since all phones IMEI numbers are recorded and every provider knows whether you have plain or smartphone.Anyway, was very pleasant experience.Highly recommend

They are “authorized retailers” which means they charge for replacement SIM card unlike a real at&t store. Plus everything is done extremely slowly.
