Three weeks ago I first spoke with LEVIARS FLOORS , and I already have a gorgeous new floor in my home! When Levi and Iuryi visited to take measurements I felt instant comfort in working with them. The job itself went seamlessly; scheduling was easy and the friendly and professional crew finished a two bedroom apartment in two days, including removal of an old floor. I was very surprised and extremely happy! This is not cut-rate pricing, but it is high quality and low stress. My friend said: Never seen a quality like this before , and I completely agree! Awesome service, detailed install, and great pricing! We spent three months exploring flooring options at LeviArs. The crew there were very helpful and patient. Once we decided on the flooring, their pricing was very competitive.They handled the demolition and install of the floors too. Their installers were just as patient. I’m an engineer and had lots of questions throughout the process. Their crew explained everything, took my input and even accommodated my little one with her jump rope demonstrations. 😊What really made me enjoy working with LeviArs happened during the final inspection. Nicolae (who worked with us from sales to demolition to install – yes, one person start to finish!) helped us move our sofa back into the finished rooms … even though the job was finished!We really enjoyed working with the crew here. No pressure. Great pricing. Quality install. Great service. The wife is already planning what we’re going to do with them for the upstairs.

LeviArs did a great job in replacing the floors of my condo, as well as the tile work for the fireplace. Superb communication via email and text messaging. I also appreciate that I can drop by their store in person to choose the materials and discuss project details. The job was started on time and finished on time. Highly recommend and will use again for future projects!

Leviars Floors did a great job getting our basement carpet installed quickly with great attention to detail, including a great install on the odd shaped stairs. They were so flexible in making sure we got the samples we needed to make a quick decision and had installers out the next day. Everyone was also very respectful with masks and social distancing. It was great to be able to support a local company.

Update 9/21/21: The manufacturer claims the black marks are part of the design, but this was not apparent in their sample at all (it was a very large sample board). I would recommend including this in the sample if this is indeed part of the design. Levi did reach back out after this review and provided a $450 discount for the delay. We appreciate him following up on this.We ordered our floors from LeviArs and all seemed to be going well until the day our contractors were supposed to go pick up the floors up from their warehouse. The floors had arrived days before our contractors were scheduled to demo our floors, however we did not get notified that the vendors had sent our half floors in the WRONG color until the day of (after it was too late and our contractors had removed the old flooring). We had to move our furniture in with only half the floors installed. Our contractors had to pause and come back again once the rest of the flooring arrived (1-2weeks out) which was an increased charge for us. Levi was apologetic and said he would work with the vendor to get us a discount for the delay, however he never followed through and has been dodging our calls and emails. We ALSO found out post install that there are black marks all over our floors (clearly a manufacturer defect) and we have not heard back about this as well. All and all its been a disappointing experience.

We had a great experience with LeviArs Flooring. We contracted them to stain our Brazilian Walnut floors a darker color. Nicolae and his team were responsive, easy to work with, efficient, and very high quality with very reasonable pricing. We hired LeviArs to extend the old, scratched, and beat up hardware flooring of our kitchen throughout the main floor, as well as replace the carpet in the bottom bedroom with hardwood.It was a difficult project, especially given the bottom bedroom was built over concrete. But LeviArs did an amazing job. They refinished the old hardwood and installed new hardwood. It is impossible to tell where the old flooring ends and the new flooring beings. And it looks so much better than it did before.They were fast, efficient, and a great value. We couldnt be happier with the work and would absolutely hire them in the future for our flooring needs.

LeviArs just refinished my badly damaged hard wood floors and painted my stairs and railings to match. Levi and his team did an amazing job on our floors! They removed carpet from 3 rooms, then placed hickory flooring to match the pre-existing hickory hardwood. Accommodating and easy to work with. Very consistent and punctual on everything from invoice setup and installation. Made the whole process easy on our family and was in constant communication. The team completed the work in a timely manner and even moved around our furniture so we didn’t have to move it off site. The process of moving the fridge, stove and toilet was also handled by them and they even kept the fridge running while it was moved.Overall an excellent experience.

LeviArs refinished much of the main floor of our house, which is original top-nailed oak. The results are excellent. They helped us move larger furniture out of the way, were able to contain almost all of the dust from the required sanding, and produced a smooth, like new finish. Very high quality work. Nicolae and team remodeled the entire first floor and the stairs for us, and they did GREAT WORK. From the beginning Nicolae was accurate on the expectations, and the materials needed, and he guided us through the process with tips and careful touches/finishes around the house. They also did great work to match the color of the stairs with the color of the remodeled floor (despite the stairs being solid hardwood, while the floor is engineered wood). The guy that executed the majority of the work, Piotr, is awesome - great effort, professionalism, attention to detail and respect for the house - great guy, he was able to finish all the work in less than one week. The final outcome is beautiful and clean. I would definitely prefer LeviArs Floors again in the future for any flooring work for my house. Thank you guys!

I would give them 4-5 stars the first day when they started work but the second day the guys showed up late and only worked for an hour. The 3rd day (last day) they were rushing and in a hurry to get everything done. Some stuff were not installed back the right way. We had a miscommunication about the baseboards and that we werent aware that we had to paint them ourselves and that was a headache for us. David (One of the installers) gave as an attitude about the finishing touches and was in a real hurry to leave. The other guy who didnt speak English helped with final touch ups at the end. I believe their boss shouldve came in the last day if not the other days to double check everything.

* update: the floors were done 5 months ago and already the filler is cracking and coming out. I am disappointed that the finish is not more durable.The team did a nice job on our floors and communication during job was good. However, the details on the trim where over looked on reinstall the trim was not done very neatly and they got stain on existing white trim so it looks messy. Overall good work but wish they had paid more attention to the details.

From the start, LeviArs Floors have been perfect. After our dogs made an unbearable smelly mess of our carpet, we were desperate to get it swapped out with something more pet friendly. On top of all of that, I had scheduled surgery a few weeks from our first call. Nicolae, the project manager, worked with us every step of the way, squeezed us into their busy schedule, and helped us find flooring that was in stock (some are back ordered due to COVID). We were able to get one of our first few preferences after Levi’s help at their showroom. Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver was great. Two days later, Nicolae and Paul showed up early in the morning and had nearly 550 sq ft installed impeccably by the end of the day. We’re very happy with the results and our excited two year old ran around and played on the new floor for over a half hour. They were conscientious, wore their masks, and thoughtful. Next time we plan to install new flooring, LeviArs will be our first call!

Levi Hardwood floors gets 5 stars from us! My husband and I made the mistake of hiring someone off craigslist to refinish our hardwood floors. The guy ruined our floors (clumps of polyurethane everywhere, sand and dirt glued to the wood) it was horrible. I completely panicked! It was 2 weeks before Christmas and we wanted to be able to enjoy our new home for the holidays. I did some research and came across Levi Hardwoof flooring. Levi responded to me immediately! I expressed my concern and although he was extremely busy he started on our floors the very next day. His work is incredible!!! They refinished our oak floors and applied Swedish finish. They are so beautiful - - we keep getting compliments!! They were fast, very clean, very professional. If you have any concerns, don’t! These guys know what they’re doing!

These guys were contracted by EMPIRE and did our hardwood floors. If only we could post pictures. We have an 11 foot transition strip across the middle of our living room! the moldings were not cut to fit and nailed on crooked, some places more than an inch off of the floor. The downstairs area has already been torn back up by Empire as the floor was not at all level. My new dream house is now a nightmare.DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TOUCH YOUR HOUSE!

We had a patch job done in our laundry room after taking out the old washer and dryer platform. We could not be happier with how it turned out! They left the job clean and put the new trim on.
