I have rented boats from Woodmark Waterfront Adventures every summer since 2018. The Yamaha boats are powerful and well maintained. The staff is friendly, well-trained and knowledgeable. The new online booking system is a welcome upgrade.I prefer boating in Lake Washington over Lake Union because its bigger, cleaner and way less crowded. I dont know if there is any competition in the area that can match the convenience and high-quality boats that Woodmark offers. Im a satisfied customer and I havent needed to look for alternatives.

This is our second summer to rent the boat and cruise around beautiful Lake Washington. It was 2 1/2 hours ride with a reasonable price. We had a blast to go around the lake! Prior to departure the dock, they well explained things like how to drive, how to leave in and out the marina, where to go (and not to go) in the lake etc. The boat is well maintained and renewed every year. They rent other marine gears as well.

I rented a jet ski (Yamaha Waverunner) for a one hour ride on Lake Washington which I reserved the day before via their website. Equipment was new and in excellent condition. All levels of service from check-in, to explaining how to operate the equipment, to dropping off the equipment was very professional, helpful and friendly. What a great staff!! I had a very fun time - the weather was sunny and water calm - such a beautiful setting! I would highly recommend!

Jet skiing was the most fun my wife and I have had for years! Everyone was chill and friendly- our guide Dani asked our experience levels (which was zero) and explained all the basics for us so we felt confident going out on the water. We were craving the thrill of a theme park and our ride definitely delivered! We found our newest summer tradition.-the jet skis have storage compartments big enough to fit a mini backpack. All our stuff stayed dry!-life jackets provided with whistle-goes 30+ mph!

Think youd like to zip around Lake Washington for the afternoon? Do it! I looked at a lot of jetski rentals before deciding to go with Woodmark. They have the best prices per hour, easy parking, well-maintained boats and equipment, and very simple instructions. Then they let us loose on the lake for hours. Super fun summer adventure! Notes: theres not much storage on the jetski, the larger front compartment is hard to get to, and nothing stays dry. If you bring stuff, put it in a waterproof bag. Also, your feet are going to get wet!

Great experience! I went for my birthday. We booked online and followed the directions on the confirmation e-mail, which were clear and precise. We arrived to the marina 15 minutes early and the check in process was easy. We were on the boat right away. The boat was luxurious and comfortable, our instructor Justin was upbeat and helpful. I was able to get up on the wake surf and let go of the rope. My boyfriend, who has never done any water activities, was able to get up on the wakeboard. The private lesson was a great way for us to get the 1:1 custom learning we needed to have success out there. Needless to say, we had a great time!

Great Staff explained to me what needed to be done with the Jetski. I had never done it and they made sure I understood what needed to be done when out there on the water. Was able to drive almost 3 miles into the ocean for a first timer. Waves were a bit strong but it was fun. Would do this another time.

We really enjoyed our SUP rental. It was easy and low-key. I feel I would give 5 stars if instead of offering ziploc bags, they offered waterproof bags able to be clipped to the board elastic and if the booking website was a little more clear. It says you can book for more than an hour, but the drop down menu is for number of 1 hour rentals, which caused some confusion at the counter. Very friendly and easy-going staff.

Ive rented a number of watercraft over the years with WWA and its been a pleasure every time. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The equipment is well maintained. The location is great with great access to the water and plenty of parking in the nearby garage. Watercraft availability is great on weekdays though weekend rentals can be limited; plan ahead. Pricing is a tiny bit rich but way more cost-effective than owning your own jet ski or boat. I expect I will be a long-term customer.

This is our second year renting the wake surfing boat and we couldnt have had more fun! The boat was top of the line and the wake was insane! Greg is a phenomenal driver and hits tips and tricks really work! Well definitely be back as soon as we can.

I cant say enough great things about Greg and our Captain Justin. Justin was extremely responsible, attentive, and knowledgeable about wake-surfing. Weve been to over 5 wake-surfing schools and this was the best experience by far. Definitely worth it! We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back soon.

First ever in Washington State and really love the place. Woodmark Waterfront Adventures was the highlight of our trip there. Greg and Sam really took care of us and made sure we had a fun and safe water experience. Staff is very friendly, personable, and made sure you have everything before sailing. We did water rafting and enjoyed the family time! Got the chance to see the Mount Rainier and weather was so perfect. Blue skies and warm sunny day. It was definitely a memorable experience. I recommend Woodmark Waterfront Adventures if you visit Washington and looking to enjoy water experience. They take good care of their boats and kept them sanitized and very well cleaned.

I took this boat ride on Sunday July 11, 2021 in the afternoon. We were a party of 8. We had a great time on the boat. This was our first time taking a boat ride in Kirkland. We generally do it in Seattle area.We had a minor parking mishap while returning due to the wind which resulted in a small dent on the side of boat. It was a stressful situation for us as this hasnt happened before and we didnt know how much will we be charged. Greg Young was the person who took charge and walked us through the process. He was very patient and professional and reassured us we will not be charged extra. He made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. I also had a chat with him on phone and he was prompt and transparent in his replies. For a business to succeed the most important aspect is customers trust and I feel from my interactions with Greg and the staff they are a trustable company who do not like ripping off their customers pocket for some extra dollars.I would recommend this rental company for all my friends and would also rent their rental services in future. Their boats are really clean and nice and the customer service is friendly, helpful and kind.

Friendly & Easy to Work with!Woodmark Waterfront Adventures bent over backwards to make our adventure happen at the time we wanted! They do no open to the public until 10am but due to our schedule we needed to go out on kayaks at 9am. They and the Woodmark Hotel made it happen and we had beautiful morning paddle together. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I go every year on my birthday! SUCH fun and great service. The ONLY suggestion.. get some ladders or hand rails to help us get off the sea doo and onto the dock when done :)

We loved our day on the water. Husband and I drove and our 10 and 13 year olds rode on the back. We all came off the water with grins ear to ear. Staff was friendly, check in-check out was quick and easy, equipment was in great shape. Only warning is the dock to get on/off the waverunners is quite high - getting on was easier than getting off. Those with any sort of limited mobility might want to ask if there is an easier way. We cant wait to go back and ride again - so, so fun.

Wait kayaking with a friend during the week day. This is one of the few sites if not the only lake Washington location thats still rents kayaks during the work week after the hit companies have taken for the pandemic. Online forms that you can fill out ahead of time and pay ahead of time make it quick and efficient to show up get your kayak and get on your way in just minutes. Checking back in is quick and easy. The kayaks are a little beat up right now, but if youre renting kayaks youre probably not in an advanced kayak so it isnt a problem youre missing a foot panel. I just paddled a little extra on one side when needed.

We rented a 9-person boat for 2 hours and had a great time. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Will likely come back soon.

My nephew was in town and wanted to get him out on the water. I wouldve preferred to rented a boat and driven myself but lack of planning on my part made that option unavailable. So instead, we did the boat ride with the captain. Great time, super cool guy driving the boat who pointed out many points of interest. Stopped off for a swim with a view of downtown Bellevue and then a thrilling. high speed return to Carillon Point. Highly recommend for those looking to entertain out of town visitors.

Nice crew of young people to help get things off to a good start. I read some Yelp reviews that created some concerns about un reasonable scratch charges . I think they do charge for the smallest of scratches indicated by the pre recorded X on the waiver sheet. We didn’t have any issues but I would be very thorough before signing because I think they will be. Also a downer for me is the no docking at other locations policy . But I can see when this would increase the likelihood of damage. Overall fun experience with the extra rules of a city rental.

5 stars plus! Awesome experience. My kids (14 and 11) had never wakeboarded before. Greg and Justin were amazing! Positive, kind, patient. My kids were wakeboarding on day one and by day 5 had solid skills. The experience totally turned them on to the sport and now they are hooked! Highly recommend 😀

I rented a Jet ski for the first time and had a great experience. The instructors were very clear and transparent about the handling and risks of jet skiing. The checkin process was also streamlined. You have to pay for gas after your jet ski ride. It was something i knew but I guess it was not clearly communicated.

This experience would be one of a kind for someone who has never driven a boat! Had the best 2 hours on the lake and the team was very friendly, explained all the safety rules of the boat and were very accommodating! Would 100% comeback again

Great fun renting a boat with Woodmark. Check-in was fast and easy, and they showed us everything we needed to know about the boat. They also made it easy to drop off - they take care of filling the gas and providing the total charge.

Reserved the wakeboard boat with Justin this weekend for wake surfing. I’m It was a great experience. Boat was absolutely beautiful and Justin was a great teacher. My daughter had surged before but absolutely could not get up without the straps on the board. Justin had her up the 1st time. We will definitely be back.

It was a great experience but I feel with parking a little better directions and help can be provided. We had a little issue while parking and though we were not charged and situation was taken care but it made an awesome experience till then a little bitter.

Great place to rent paddleboard, motorboats and jet skis. Unfortunately they didnt have the paddle board paddles and gave us kayak paddles instead. They were nice to offer a refund instead, but what a bummer to not have the right paddle

The staff was impolite and they were finding excuses to charge money from people either by finding fake damage to the boats or by directly asking for tip.. Also the prices are way high as compared to other water rental services as they extra for gas and take 2500 cover for insurance.. overall the staff and manager could do better as par with the skis and the view this marina has to offer

Wife and I rented Jet skis for a couple hours. People were extremely helpful and put you at ease with telling you everything you need to know. I would highly recommended them and will be going back in the future.

Waterfront Adventures are fantastic, cant say enough about Greg and Justin - they went out of their way to help my kids improve their wakeboarding and more importantly, have a great time out on the water. Very Pricy and the staff were young not customer experienced, they were talking about their school day to each other while we were at the booth. We showed up 15 min late and I called ahead of time to ask if that was okay they said sure and once we got on the water it was a half hour past our start time they told us at first to come back in half an hour I ask to extend they unapologetically told us no and they dont give refunds so we paid full price for half and hour when we went to celebrate our anniversary. After pressing them they gave us an extra 10 min but we wont be going back there very rude and not flexible and expensive. Id say the only thing they have going for them is there location.

What a perfect way to spend a couple of hours and staying cool during this heat way. 2 hours goes by to fast is the only complaint. Boat was perfect.

Walk up rental on a Tuesday evening - ended up going out on a tandem kayak. The water was SUPER choppy, but that couldnt be helped. The staff was quick to get us in and out of the kayak and were easygoing about the return time. Prices were very reasonable as well!

Rented a jet ski, great fun and easy process. Safety briefing went quickly and they got us in the water quickly for a little bit of extra time.

Definitely would not give one star however google requires at least one to leave a review. We made reservations days ago. The first time they messed it up and immediately called to correct it. We get here today 6/27/21 at our scheduled time only to find out they have merged reservations with another group and cannot accommodate our group because they are out of Jet Skis. The ONLY resolve they gave was to give us a 3hr credit that never expires even after explaining to them that we were here visiting from out of state. They didnt care the response remains well it never expires.. TUH.... We live in GA and definitely dont have a reason to return to Seattle just to go jet skiing. Now were out of money and ruined plans for the day. Horrible customer service.

The boats seems to be getting old and not maintained well. The speedo meter didnt work and the manager told us that doesnt matter. Also there is no bluetooth system and no aux wire to listen to the music on the boats and we were miss informed about it.

We did everything beforehand, paperwork and payment, it took a matter of minutes to get us checked in and on our kayaks. Great staff.

I think her name is Mary Kay at front desk, she should not be working there or needs to be properly trained. Unprofessional, inconsistent and messed up on my reservation many times. She made my experience since the day I reserved up until even after I had left town very unpleasant. Being out on the water was fine but just dealing with her mistakes was frustrating and because of that we should have taken our time and money elsewhere.

My knees are not in the best of shape and my guy very helpful getting me on and off the jetski

Terrible service. So disappointed. Took a long time to get our jet skiis. They were rude and we would never use them again. A much better place down the street at Houghton Beach.

No prior information on arriving 30 mins early before the scheduled appointment. We rented jetski’s for an hour and had to come back in 28mins. The instructions before getting on to the jet ski took so long. Very bad customer service. Manager here is not helpful about the situation. We booked our reservation over the phone but they didn’t informed about the prior arrival.

I would give 0 star if I can. I was asked to pay $1000 for an existing scratch on the jetski I rented at their place. This is totally immoral. I will dispute with my credit card.Be careful of this shop. They are scammers.

The place was hard to find. The kayaks were not well maintained. They truly are not very customer friendly. We lost about 10-15 mins with finding their place (Yes we were there ahead of time but then we lost time again in signing the waivers) and the Kayaks not being ready for the tour, but they asked us to be back by the top of the hour - even when they were not booked for the next hour. Wont go there again if there are other options nearby.

Rented kayaks here and they were in poor shape. Didn’t realize until we were getting loaded in that there were missing foot pegs on one side and the kayaks themselves weren’t clean.

I was weary at first with the price and polices. I couldnt be so wrong, the jet skis was great, the staff, was incredible friendly and understanding. I definitely would recommend them to all my friends and family. We had a blast, it was worth every penny! We would love to go again next summer!

Ive rented a jet ski here every year for the past 4-5 summers. Service is great, they give you all the information you need before sending you off to have fun. Staff is always polite. Value is pretty damn good--you pay for the time + gas used. Even 1 hour out on the water is plenty of time. Save yourself the hassle/maintenance/cleaning of actually owning these toys. Location is beautiful, youre allowed to go basically anywhere on the lake, get a close up view of all the luxury waterfront properties.

The service crew are friendly and made us feel valued - my son and his dad got to start their jet ski 15 minutes early before the start time. The breakdown of the jet ski and inspection was good; thorough. Overall, we had a great time.The pricing can be confusing for all rentals. The price is per hour unless youre renting half day, whole day, or otherwise past the per hour price.

Water is a bit choppy for kayaking but the staff is very nice!

We rented 2 jet skis today + half way through one of them sounded out of order/wouldnt accelerate. We called the number they provided + within 20 minutes they came out TO US with a brand new jet ski. Not only did they bring us a new jet ski, but they gave us an entire extra hour for the inconvenience. Turns out it was just a stick that got stuck! They made us feel well taken care of + we will ABSOLUTELY be back! Love this spot.

Ive rented kayaks from Woodmark three times. Will be returning to rent from them again next summer. Gorgeous location, beautiful waterfront. There is nothing I didnt like about my experience with the staff here, or the actual boating.

Pretty good for a funtime with family and friends. We rented a speed boat, wish they were a bit cleaner,1 star off the rating for cleanliness, otherwise the staff seemed quite seasoned and were courteous , quite helpful with demo and instructions...go for it....

Great boat rental company, convenient location and friendly staff. Best place to rent jet boats/jet skis on Lake Washington! Have rented their 12-person Yamahas four or five times and their jet skis before. Prices are more on the premium side and they charge extra for the gas, but their watercraft are well-maintained and regularly updated. The Yamahas AR240s are pretty fast and good quality with nice speakers and materials, perfect for a boat party. And recently the company proactively permitted me to reschedule at no charge on the day of due to inclement weather!

Rented a Jet ski here for 2 hours. The prices were reasonable and the lake was absolutely beautiful out. Its a massive lake and 2 hours were not enough for me to cruise around and see it all. The attendants were very nice and made the process fast and enjoyable. I would rent again if i am ever back in the area.
