Had a cancelled flight at 11pm and called and my driver was waiting for me 15 minutes later. Very professional and a pleasant 1.5hr drive to Bellingham. Definitley will be using them in the future. Cannot recommend enough.

My family and I were traveling from NJ to Seattle for a cruise to Alaska (6/28-7/7/19). We also have a child with disabilities (in a wheelchair) and had a lot of luggage. I picked this company because of the positive reviews from others and we are so glad to have booked all our taxi/transfers with this company (before we left for Seattle). We booked taxi for SEA airport to hotel & next day, hotel to Pier (before cruise). And then after cruise: Pier to hotel & on next day, hotel to airport. The owner called and emailed me to confirm all my bookings. They were always on time. Also very patient, professional, courteous and helpful with all our luggage and the number of us. We booked the large van to accommodate our family and the luggage. Getting off the cruise, the driver called and texted me to arrange our meet up point and time. He took the time to stay in touch with us to make sure we will be picked up. Thank you for your service and wonderful customer service. We will definitely use again when in Seattle again!

We hired them recently for our daughters prom group. Paul, the driver, was there right on time. He was friendly and professional. The limo was in great condition. He returned as soon as they contacted him. Very happy with the experience and the price reasonable.

Very nice people, prompt and gave me updates via text to let me know how far they were. It was a very hot day and I missed the bus to get to a appointment for my two well behaved small dogs. I mentioned to them I had them and it was not a problem. He even turned the air conditioner on full to cool off my dogs :) The man was very sweet and made some pleasant small talk. I was very pleased with my service :)
