Such a great company to work with. Every step of the process was easy and all my questions were answered. A sensor didn’t work when it came out of the box, so they got a new one and they checked it multiple times until they were 110% sure it worked. When the alarm is set off, it’s ear piercing so I have an ease of mind knowing that I am safe and someone will call me if something were to happen at my house.

I work for an insurance agency and have to request alarm certificates for my insureds insurance carriers. Other alarm companies will not give me this information. They require the insured to call them to get it. However DEPS has never refused to give me the certificate. They are always prompt in getting them to me so my insured does not have to stop in the middle of their day to get this information for me. They are a great group I highly recommend them.

DEPS is a very professional business . They are affordable and they helped me reduce our insurance premiums. The staff is very helpful and tailored my system to be highly effective but not overboard . In the first two weeks we captured one break in and one employee wreck. The owner Tom Vermillion came out and inspected the install and training . Well money spent!

DEPS has done both alarm, camera, and Wi-Fi systems for my home. The alarm system was installed by them many years ago and has been upgraded twice. The camera and Wi-Fi systems were installed two years ago and I had them upgrade the camera system recently to add more cameras. Each time they have been in my home the crews have been great to work with. They have all been very professional and do quality work. Their IT guys are very knowledgeable of their systems and have helped me greatly in understanding how the systems work. Adam set up everything perfect for my security system to be installed. He is very polite and professional, he put together the security package that was best for my home. The technician, Dane, who installed the system was also very professional. Dane was very neat in his work.
