After getting quotes from other places in the area I felt the most comfortable accepting Keiths offer. Everything he said in the consult was 100% true. His team was so professional, streamlined, kind, so absolutely efficient. I was so impressed with them from start to finish, I felt as if my family was working on my yard, they really cared about the work they were doing. Expert Tree Service showed up on time with a full crew and tackled the job professionally and cleanly. Everything was taken care of exactly as described when we first got our estimate, and the owner kept us up to date on what they were doing, even suggesting that I move my car just in case some debris from the chipper were to bounce out of the truck. When they left, it was truly like they were never here other than the trees taken down and trimmed back. Its good to see such professionals at work and doing honest work.

There are obviously many reasons Expert Tree Service has been in business since 1930’s. Our experience was excellent. From the beginning (Keith,Sr.) with the estimate and sound professional guidance to the end with Keith, Jr. and the completion of the removal of 8 good sized trees, the job was done well and exactly as we wanted. The crew never stopped! The grounds were left in good shape. All in all, you simply cannot go wrong with this company.

Yesterday we had to have an unplanned tree removed due to a large section of tree coming down on my garage. The crew arrived at the time I was given and they went right to work. The team was well coordinated with each person doing their part. They were efficient, professional and cleaned up the yard after they were finished. Expert Tree Service came to the rescue and took down two extremely large pine trees that stood towering over our house, with giant limbs that stretched over my Son’s room and my Granddaughter’s room. Expert Tree is the 4th tree service that I have used. Since I found them, I dont use anyone else. They have cut down trees, cabled trees, and trimmed trees on our property for years. They always do a great job. They clean up after and you cant even tell they were here! Fair, honest, skilled, and professional.

They saved my kitten from a 60ft spruce tree today! They were fast and very friendly staff and great with my kitten getting him down gently and safely and Rachel was very good at getting back to my call very quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Took extra steps to ensure our lawn wasnt ruined, cleaned up well after the work was done, and a worker even asked if it was ok if some of the guys smoked on my property if they cared for the ashes/butts. These guys were great! I stumbled on their stand at the Ulster County Fair and told them my sob story about how I couldnt get Daves Tree Service to cut out my lilac bush after weeks and weeks of waiting. Turns out Keith is Daves brother but the customer service was like day and night! I called and got a real person answering the phone and they were out in less than 48 hours for an estimate and did the job THAT AFTERNOON! The guys who did the job were super friendly, professional, and conscientious and their rates very reasonable.

After living here in my house deep in the woods between Woodstock and Saugerties I had been through three tree companies over the past years... slowly taking out all of my dying and crowded pine trees. I had a really big job taking out about a dozen pines intermingled with beautiful maple hardwoods. And it was unbelievable that they were able to maneuver their huge 90’ bucket truck through the forest! Keith’s guys at Expert Tree Service are by far the most professional and caring crew I have ever hired. Great work on not just removing the trees but also understanding the esthetic of how the trees looked as a “view”. Keith Jr. really “got it” when I described what I wanted to do. And the cleanup (which is usually lacking with most services) was terrific with them “covering their tracks” and putting everything on the property back together after they were done. Yes they cost a little more... but it’s a great crew who cares and they are fully insured.
