Pleasant experience! Hal was so friendly and helpful with my work vehicle. He took the extra time to explain how to use the new equipment my company had installed and in a way that was so easy to understand.

Pretty bummed that when we arrived this morning to have auto start and heated seats installed this morning (we made the appointment over a month ago) that we were told that the appt was cancelled b/c he was scaling back and only going to work with dealerships because of COVID.I can understand needing to shift priorities especially during a pandemic, BUT - at least have the decency to PHONE YOUR CUSTOMERS to let them know of you are cancelling their appointment. You couldnt have suddenly made this decision this morning.The lack of consideration is unacceptable as it takes a lot of effort for people to make arrangements when leaving a car at a shop, especially when they have kids and jobs.

We have been purchasing and maintaining remote car starters for years. Very strong loyalty to Hal and always love his service.

Rather not do business with Hal Moore, man accuses businessmen of not paying bills for parts they never asked for or even ordered. After proof was present that we did NOT ask for anything he still insisted payment must be made. Hal also goes into a business establishment cursing and yelling while customers are in the service department as well as 3 service advisors are in there making a scene. All in ALL Hal Moore himself and his business should not be visited or used for anything.
