The owner was super helpful and friendly. He retrieved all my info. Wasnt not able to save the poor computer that cracked when I dropped it.

One morning over the summer I spilled a LOT of iced coffee on my computer. Thinking my computer was surely a goner, I called several local computer repair shops, all of whom insisted they would not be able to look at my computer for at least several days. Then I called Harlan - he told me to bring it over in a half an hour. Harlan then FIXED what I surely thought was an unfixable computer, opening it up and using absorbent foam, then compressed air, to dry the parts. He called me less than 2 days after drop off to let me know my computer turned on (upon testing it, it is fully functional) and that my bill was less than $200 for saving my computer and all my work in less than 48 hours. In person, Harlan was friendly, kind, understanding, and professional. I could not possibly recommend this service highly enough. 11/10.
