EXTREMELY rude staff. I came less than 20 minutes after 2, but they apparently stop taking UAs at 2, even though they close at 3. In fact, doing more research they only take UAs between 9 am and 2 pm, giving you only 5 hours in the day where you can go take your test. This causes LOADS of problems for people who WORK NIGHT SHIFT. Last I knew, most jobs work 9hours, one of those being a lunch break. So, for one of your largest covered services, you only allow 5 hours for it to be done? Lab corp is the worst to use and if there was anything else in this tiny podunk town, lab corp wouldnt even be in business.By the way, the guy who was just there moments before me was getting a complete drug test including a UA, and he used a poor excuse of My wife says theres a snake in the bed, at 2:25 pm in the day, and that was his excuse not to do the UA, but I signed in and was waiting and suddenly, you cant do a UA? STAFF IN KINGMAN ARE LAZY AND RUDE. Period.

Painless blood draw. Sometimes I wait, sometimes I dont. Its the best place for Kingman.

My appointment was for 11:00- terrible time for an appointment if you have to fast!The confirmation page said I could check in at 10:30, and i did. 5 minutes later I was heading back to get blood drawn. Made it back home before 11:00-Staff was courteous, friendly and very professional! No complaints from me!Thanks again for a smooth, painless and super fast visit!

I dont know why others have given such bad reviews of this place, because it is one of few medical facilities in Kingman where Ive consistently received prompt and efficient service. Ive been there 4x over the past couple of years (most recently just this week) and never had a negative experience or waited more than 5 or so minutes. The employees Ive encountered are busy but theyre cordial. Most importantly, theyre very competent at drawing blood and accurate with their billing procedures.

I checked in and waited patiently. The lady saw me sitting and ignored me and called 5 people before and continued to ignore me. I stepped up to the window stating I was never called and been waiting. All she did was look at me said nothing and took my paper and ID.

Tucked in a small section (Hard to see) with trees hiding it in a mini-mall. Limited Parking. They were fast & I was outta there in 10mins. Of course it was around 1pm on a Thursday. The lady wasnt friendly, just get in their & GET-OUT!! You know kinda like Cattle. I didnt care,didnt wanna say a word & I-Was-Outta-their !! C-Ya !🎼🎶🎸

I made an appointment thru their online scheduling appt...so, so simple. Arrived today at my appointment time, a little apprehensive after reading all the negative comments. Lets just say it was a pleasant visit, fast, professional and painless. I was in and out in 14 minutes. I will definitely be using them again.

Very pleasant experience for routine standard bloodwork. Easy check in, with no waiting. In & out within 10-15 minutes tops. Arrived at approx.11:50 hr. on a Wednesday.

This LabCorp doesnt really want your business. I had a quick question, but it was useless to call as they never answer the phone. I showed up at 3:30pm on a Monday 7/13/2020, but they had already left. They have removed the closing time from the door. I know a lot of places have reduced hours due to COVID, but have some respect for your customers and put a sign on the door with your closing time.

I would give zero stars if possible. I’ve made four appointments in two days, three were canceled on me. The one that wasn’t canceled I waited for over an hour just to be turned away. The blonde receptionist was disrespectful, and had zero patients for customers. She smelled like an ashtray as well.*VERY UNPROFESSIONAL*

Great service. If you have your insurance and lab requests available and updated and are covered you should have no problems. Go early. I arrived at 655am and there were 5 people waiting in line. Kiosk will check you in have your ID and insurance cards ready. The ladies were on it. Best blood draw - did not feel a thing.

Very rude employees lady with 70s style hair cut need to be fired

Every one was nice and helpful. Even though I lost my paperwork. They even helped call my doctors and get them to fax over my lab requests.Be sure to bring your/or the patience drivers license and insurance card.They do electronic check-ins when you walk in.

This is the most ridiculous place in Kingman! The office is dirty the people are rude and they generally have no idea what is going on! I tried to pay a bill with them twice the first time apparently they didnt do their job correctly and it didnt go through, I received a bill, I tried to pay it again and they said there was nothing in my account! Yet I am still receiving a bill! I would not recommend ANYONE be seen at this office!

Terrible service. Short of staff. Appt. meant nothing. Its first come first serve. The office is dirty and the blond behind the counter reeked of smoke. I watched her go out for a smoke twice in 45 min. With only 2 people working in the office, doing labs and taking smoke breaks, its no wonder they are behind. There was no soap or paper towels in the restroom, kiosk screens were filthy. Blood draw is likely to be contaminated. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never return to the Kingman office.

Went there twice within the past month and the receptionist was really nice and helpful. The first time I was the only one there and second time it was a bit crowded but it was also during lunchtime which is probably when everyone was trying to get their draws done on their lunch breaks. The lady that drew our blood was really nice and funny and when my son went she kept him relaxed and was very in tune with when he started feeling dizzy and quickly got him something to drink. Im wondering if there has been a change in management there since it seems the reviews started going downhill starting 1 year ago but I have not experienced any of the rude ones thankfully. I didnt notice the place looking dirty either but will pay attention next time we go back. Overall, we have had nothing but good experiences here so far!

Got there at 7 am when they open. 15 people ahead of me. Tried to wait it out but they said it would be 2 hours. Went to use the restroom & there was no soap or paper towels to wash your hands with. Disgusting. Ive had blood drawn before & they were competent at that, but a medical facility should have at least the sanitary basics!!!

Made appointment online. Checked in, submitted Lab order from my Doctor. Staff is fat and effecient. In and out within 20 minutes>

JAB Corp is more like it!! Inept, uncaring unprofessional, PAINFUL. At 2401, the blond forgot & left off a test, & my arm had a bubble? after I left. It bruised; and hurt for over a week. (So did my friend and her two teenagers have bubbles on their draw sights). I had to return to the blonde for the missed test. She hurt me again! Another painful draw and painful bruise for over a week. GO ELSEWHERE. I want ZERO Stars. They were interviewing for newly graduated fresh blood. Good luck working there. 2 hour wait. 2 employees, one is running off customers.Too bad JAB Corp needs a poke to wake up.

This place should be fined for impersonating a medical lab. Been there twice and was treated badly both times. Wont be returning. Staff is very rude and act as if they are doing us a favor by being there. The restrooms and lobby are filthy. Should be shut down by the health department.

Front desk ladies were rude and unprofessional. Very snarky as well. Kick me out almost immediately cause of something that was written on my doctors note. Went to the hospital afterwards and they were able to help in the time span of 10 mins

Terrible place. Very understaffed and very rude. Receptionist was basically yelling at people and being very short and rude. They have no regard for any of the patients. All I had to do was take a urin test. Took 5 minutes, waiting over an hour. If my job didnt force me to come here, Id never return. ZERO STARS! EMPLOY MORE AND BETTER PEOPLE!

Wait is too long. Heard the tech on the phone asking for help and none was being sent. The waiting room was full. It is always like this.

People have to use a kiosk to register. Some people have a great deal of trouble with the kiosks and staff doesnt offer to help; they just let the line back up. The wait is rediculously lonnng! Ive never been to such a poorly run lab!

2 HOURS for a blood draw. 2 staff members, no receptionist, a waiting room to the point it was standing room only and each order had to be put in one at a time. 12 people in front of us, 3 left because of horrible service and wait time, and 2 others walked out when they came in the door and saw how packed it was. One staff member was short and rude with the patients to the point my automatic son became aggravated and it escalated his behaviors. Insurance company is MAKING me go there. Im NOT happy about it and I want Sonora Quest back!!!!!!!

Horrible! Short-staffed, rude, Likely able to answer simple questions but refuse to provide answers. Their answer to every question of mine and offers I heard was its up to you. I dont think the staff wants our business. I left and will never return. There are other options in Kingman.

After waiting here with many many unwashed horrible people for over two hours and asking the very snippy, and down right rude receptionist how much longer I would have to wait. I was told just go sit down, and we will call you. This place is beyond dirty, and smells of urine, feces, and body odor to the worst degree. Looking around the lobby of this place I thought perhaps I stepped into a third world mental asylum! I found another lab in Kingman that is in Safeway, and was in and out in under 10 minutes with a uber clean facility that was staffed with very cheerful employees.

They mixed up my lab results with someone elses and made both my rheumatologist and myself think that I was dying! The wait in the waiting room, even with an appointment is outrageous.

Awesome staff lab Corp might need to get a better professional cleaners its dirty and stinks not the staffs faught they are so busy they dont have anytime to clean much plus the are there to draw blood not scrub the floors I think the cleaner are the problem I really hope corporate does something about it change who its cleaning your place up please this is not the 1st complaint I see several of it being dirty ans its dirty ive been thete early iv been thete late it dirty ! And only one crabby un happy workers the regular 2 that have been there for years are sweethearts and do a great job thank you 2 for that

Absolutely horrible! Extremely understaffed. They take extreme advantage of the public seeing that they are the only lab who takes certain state insurance. I had to drive someone to this kingman Arizona facility to get a simple blood test. People have been waiting and are still waiting for 3 1/2 hours. This is by far the worst facility Ive ever seen. The only way to make an appointment is on line. Even if you do make an appointment, that doesnt mean that that appointment took in the website. One woman who just left in a fit of rage has made 5 appointments and has been turned away every time because the staff said she didnt have an appointment. I and everyone else who comes to the kingman Arizona facility has better things to do other than sit in this damm waiting room to get quick and simple things done. I personally will go to the hospital if I ever have to get a blood test. Ill be in and out within 30 minutes. Screw this kingman AZ lab corp.

Extremely poor administration. Patients checked in for 45 minutes starting at 7 am without a single person being taken to have their tests performed. Plan at least an hour each time I go. Only 2 employees in the place so very slow.

They are understaffed, over worked, or paid by the hour and just milking the system for all they can get ...this is crazy ...people are hungry and getting angry ..domeone needs to check this place out ..
