It took me 7 months to find my ex and have him served. I know I was very impatient, but Heidi kept me informed on what what the process was when he would be served.

Highly recommend. I filed a petition for child custody and paid for the sheriffs office to serve my ex. 3 weeks passed and no one could tell me if they had even attempted service and I was informed by my ex that he was avoiding them anyway. I finally hired Compass and was able to set up an exact location and time to have him served so there would be no issue. I paid them on a Tuesday and he was served by Friday. The server called me to get all relevant information and communicated with me the entire time. The sheriffs office is great but they have other priorities and duties so having someone dedicated to my situation was invaluable. Not to mention they were a little cheaper than the county sheriff. No one likes to go to court but if I ever need to have someone served again, I’m using Compass.

I hired compass to get a job done for me that I had hired another company to do but they could not get the job done after two months of hiring them. I reached out to Compass and they got the job done within a week! Our firm is in Alabama and I needed the person served in Texas, We were on a strict time limit of getting the defendant served and they got the job done with no problem. Thank you again!
