I recently took my first deer to David after several suggestions from a local hunting group. First of all David is a great guy. Just talking with him felt like I’ve known him for years. His establishment is extremely clean. The venison...best I’ve ever had! I haven’t eaten my steaks or backstrap yet, but the breakfast sausage and burger is the best I’ve ever had. He also did a euro mount for me...came out perfect!Look forward to much more business with David!

I had some summer sausage made this year and it was incredible. The best Ive ever had, I wont go anywhere else for my processing.

Took two wild hogs there and got Bratwurst sausage made. Never had that done before but it was amazing. Next time I’m gonna get the double amount made they were that good.😋

Becoming a yearly place to bring my white tails, absolutely fantastic job of preparing my deer exactly how I want it done. The Jerky and the bacon burger are fantastic. Sausage is perfect for hunting camp and the field. Cleanest Small scale processing operation I’ve ever seen. Love what this place does! 5/5 would recommend.

Fast and friendly processing. Dropped a couple hogs off on Wednesday; they were processed and packaged by Saturday. David did a great job with the chorizo patties, and was up front and honest about the product he produces. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to process wild game.

First time using these guys and I am impressed. I used to go to millers in Belton until they stopped. I can honestly say I wish I knew about these guys years ago. The meat tastes great, zero game taste, tender, juicy and flavorful. Will use these guys for as long as they are in business.

First off, Dave is one of the best people I have met in Texas. Great man to talk to and just hang out. Second, best processing in the area. I drop of 2 deer, I get 2 deer worth of meat back, my meat. I have watched him process and know he doesnt mix peoples meat up. I have been using hIm for 3 years now, he has done deer and hog for me. Get the German sausage if you want to be blown away. Great sausage. Very professional and timely. Definitely recommend.

Went to this place with a hog that was already quartered about 13 to 15lbs of meat asked for the breakfast sausage. Never got a price up front. Got a call later saying my hog was made in to burgers and that it would be 100 dollars for having my meat put through a grinder. Needless to say I wont be doing business here.

First time experience this year, David is very friendly, delivers on time, excellent preparation of breakfast sausage, hamburger, and a great extra was his slim jims, and jerky. Loved it all. Very convenient to Killeen, Ft Hood, and Florence Texas. Seems like he is always available when you need to drop off.
