Horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!. I purchased a ‘certified’ vehicle from this dealership in January 2020. When I brought my vehicle to another dealership for maintenance in March, they advised me it wasn’t certified. I’ve been working four months now to resolve this issue.Why do you advertise vehicles as certified if they aren’t certified?I’ve talked to the customer relations manager (Chris) who said three people that night I purchased the vehicle told me it wasn’t certified. This was a lie because one of the people he said told me I didn’t even talk to that night. Because of this lie, I filed a complaint with the Texas DMV, who ended up siding with me and was taking action against the dealership.I only wanted to be made whole: either add the certification to the vehicle (as advertised), provide me with an extended warranty (similar to what the certification would have for 12 months), or repurchase the vehicle.The dealer (Tim) called me and seemed irate that I filed a complaint with the state and with GM and said he isn’t going to do anything to help me. I said I’m sorry to hear that and said I would continue to move forward with trying to make this right.

I had originally contacted another dealership but when the other dealer gave me untrue statements and the run around, we turned to Gabriel Jordan Ford of Kilgore. I spoke with Zach on the phone about the vehicle I was interested in and explained to him exactly what kind of financing I was looking for. I explained that I was located 2 hours away with the competing dealership only 5 miles from me. He assured me that he would have the vehicle ready to test drive and as much of the paperwork as could be completed at the time would be.When my husband and I arrived, the vehicle was ready and waiting. Took my car back several times to get touch up done on the paint that was damaged on delivery. Was promised it would be fixed. The manager was rude and said he wouldnt touch it and didnt know if they could match the paint. Also only had 20000 miles on my car and the tires were slick. Again nothing they can do. Just a warning if you buy from them dont expect good service.

He had a truck and trailer come from Kilgore to Abilene, pick up my truck, put a new transmission in and bring it back to me in Abilene. You cant beat that for Service. I recently purchased a 2014 nissan at Gabriel Jordan. This was my first time purchasing a car and I 100% recommend coming to this location! Weston was the car salesmen I spoke with and he is amazing! He was not pushy, very kind, 100% honest, and will put your needs as his first priority. Westons customer service was above and beyond! Gabriel Jordan also has a great service staff, I specifically dealt with Eric. Eric also showed good customer service. I know that I was and will continue to be in good hands with the staff at Gabriel Jordan.

I had an appointment to get my oil changed there today and they were right on time. They are very good about keeping customers up to date about the maintenance of the vehicle. She told me I have already used my free oil changes but I told her Id be back.

Just bought anew Buick, already the need air light came on, young man was very kind and added air and showed me how to dismiss alert.

DO NOT TRUST GABRIEL/JORDAN SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!I find a car online (2011 Jaguar XF with 92,000 miles on it) Go and test drive it at the dealership in kilgore) I noticed the car jerking when stopping so I brought it back to them and they assured me they would take a look at it. They did and as you can see in the images provided Niki (Internet Sales) told me that the Brakes are fine Matt in customer service told me that all Jaguars do that so I also mentioned that they were squealing. And was again told they were fine So here i am, 6 weeks later dealing with same squealing brakes, same jerking as i come to a stop and now I was fed up with it and took it to 2 local shops and told the Upper and Lower control arms are bad and the rotors are lipped and all need replaced. Approximately $2,000 dollars in repairs due to it being a Jaguar.. So I call and speak to Matt (Service Manager) he tells me i need to talk to Jason (general sales manager) Jason tells me, Well when you buy a used car your going to have to make some repairs ARE YOU SERIOUS? A issue that I was lied to about it being fine from the get go your not going to stand behind? he also stated I know your frustrated because you purchased a vehicle 6 weeks ago and you have to fix it and put money into it but theres nothing i can do Im sure not many people read these reviews but if i can change one persons mind from coming here Ive accomplished my goal. DO NOT TRUST A WORD FROM ANY OF THEM. Ive attached text messages between Niki and I. See for yourself.

We arrived at 7:05 PM the dealership closes at 7 PM. They had the truck ready for us to test drive and had us driving out with in a few hours. Seriously amazing‼️We Recently went in for a second free oil change and a quick car wash everyone was truly awesome nothing short of smiles on there faces very welcoming and friendly.There waiting lobby is by far the most kid friendly ever‼️ They have a coloring table for kids, free coffe and a cell phone charging station to charge your device while waiting. The restrooms are very clean as well as the facility.Seriously don’t hesitate and use Gabriel Jordan TODAY‼️‼️‼️

I will never go to purchase another vehicle here. I called twice and talked to two different people about a truck on their website and was informed it was still in stock!. I called back to speak with Ken again before I left home to ask for a car fax on the vehicle. They said he was with a customer so I spoke with another gentleman and asked him to send me the car fax and he confirmed that he would. So I drove my family from Tyler to Gabriel/Jordan in Kilgore only to be disappointed by Ken that the vehicle was not there Never once did either of them mention the vehicle was at a different location 3 hours away, I even mentioned I was coming in to look at the truck in a few hours . I am disappointed at the poor customer service that I was given, With my family of 4 sitting in the car getting impatient, Ken never once tried to offer to accommodate us in any way for our long dive up there to look at a vehicle that was never even there! MAKE SURE YOU CONFIRM THE VEHICLE IS THERE AT THAT LOCATION BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS OR MONEY TO GO TO GABRIEL/JORDAN. Luckily this was a blessing in disguise because we went to Dallas only to get a newer model truck, with less miles at a WAY LOWER PRICE.

Sales tax on cars in texas is 6.25 percent. Not 8. But hey, they should enjoy trying to sale the 1999 Ford F150 with no AC, passenger window motor out, and throttle that sticks. Had a cash in hand deal and let it walk out the door over $300 and an o-ring. Also, print any ads you see on autotrader or cargurus before going in. They tried to say it was $4995 but their own autotrader ad had it listed at $4295.

I purchased a used Ford, which came with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty. When I took the truck in for a 4wd/Front suspension problem (within my warranty period), I was told they could not repair, because theyre not equipped to diagnose issues on Fords.Prior to me picking up the truck, they made every effort to weasel their way out of making any repairs or sending the truck to the Ford dealership to fix the problem.I swapped out a $12 solenoid in the parking lot with the service manager present, and fixed the problem myself.Steve, Mike, & Chris remained professional throughout the entire ordeal, because I was frustrated that they would not honor the warranty provided.

Update (Sales Experience):Decided to buy a GMC Canyon in mid-2018. Discovered some of the safety features I really wanted were unavailable on that year model. Had shopped with several dealerships but Gabriel Jordan was the only one that offered to special order me a 2019 Canyon exactly to my specifications and at a competitive price to boot.The special order came off the line in record time (about 4 weeks) but GM had transportation problems (no fault of Gabriel Jordan) and my truck was stuck in St. Louis, MO. Gabriel Jordan sales and management (Chuck Pinson and Tim Capps) decided it had been too long and at the expense of Gabriel Jordan sent a transport to pick up my truck. It arrived exactly to my specifications and I am so happy with it.Chuck Pinson my sales rep was very understanding when I called to check on delivery. He kept me informed as we waited. Tim Capps (Dealer Principal) was involved in the process every step of the way. Both made me feel like a special customer throughout the entire sales and delivery process.I really appreciate the extra effort put forth by the entire Gabriel Jordan team: Tim, Chuck, Chris, Paula, and Danny. All have gone above and beyond to provide me with outstanding customer service for many years. I am happy to be a customer and to have the opportunity to let others know what a great dealership we have right here in Kilgore, TX.Update:Five stars just isnt enough to explain the level of extraordinary customer service at Gabriel Jordan in Kilgore. Maybe my story will explain. I stopped for gas after work and my Enclave would not start back up. It was 5:28. Gabriel Jordan closes at 5:30. In desperation, I called. They answered and put me through to service. Chris the manager took the call. When I told him the situation, his IMMEDIATE response was, well bring you a loaner. And they did. He and Danny brought the loaner to me. I couldnt believe it! The best I was hoping for was to tell him I was going to have it towed to the service center and would be in the next day. No, Chris went so above and beyond to personally bring me a car. It is hard to put a price on this kind of service. I am so thankful to be a Gabriel Jordan customer. Fortunately, we got the Enclave started and drove it in. It was repaired and ready by 2:00 the very next day and when I picked it up it had been washed and vacuumed as well.Previous Review:When I hear others bemoaning shops that take days or even weeks to get their vehicle repaired and they talk about how they have to find or rent a ride in the meantime, Im thankful I have all my service done at Gabriel Jordan in Kilgore. I dropped in at noon on Tuesday and not only did they have me ready to roll the next day with a major brake overhaul, they sent me home in a brand new Tahoe Tuesday night because they were out of regular loaner vehicles. When I picked up my Enclave, it had been washed and vacuumed. Paula and Chris always bend over backwards to take care of me and Tim Capps is always around making sure customers are happy.

One of the best and easiest buying experience Ive had. I had been looking for a perticular interior for a suburban and they had one on their Web site. I called and spoke to Hayden Dees in sales and over the phone, he got me more on my trade than any other car lot had offerred and worked with me through the deal. I passed alot of dealerships on the drive there but Gabriel/Jordan Buick GMC really care about their customers and will do their best to get you in what you are looking for.
