Great clean facility with newer equipment. Very friendly staff. Nice gym to visit when away from home. Ill be here a lot on my trips out this way.

I had stopped by this location a couple weeks ago for a workout on my travel through town. I workout at locations all over this great state of Texas and I have to say this is one of the nicest ones Ive been to.The gym itself is very nicely designed and is very aesthetically pleasing.The equipment was all in great working order, clean, and new looking.The lobby was well set up with a great selection of merchandise for sale.The locker room and restroom was immaculate just like the rest of the gym.I brought it to the attention of the staff my high thoughts of the gym and they were thrilled and very appreciative. It was very evident that they take pride in their job and the cleanliness and gym functionality shows as well.Had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend this location to any and everyone. I will definitely stop here again next time I come this way.

Let me start off by saying the gym looks amazing you guys have really turned it around up in there. Greg jeremy and Sherrie are amazing individuals who gives me hope on my weight loss journey. Went in for questions about the facility and their staff, the lady I spoke to was super helpful. She showed me around and explained everything to me. The place is super clean. I believe her name was Erica.

Nice, clean gym. Staff are very friendly. My biggest complaint (and I know its trivial) is that they have a million Life Fitness branded machines, all with a LFConnect app QR code. Using the LFConnect app I can program my own individualized workout, track detailed workout stats, and a big one for me (a backpacker) see distance climbed (elevation gain) on treadmills and stair steppers. For over a year now Ive tried to get the gym to set up the system, and each time I mention it Im met with blank stares. After walking over to the machines and demonstrating what Im talking about, Im assured that theyll get right on it. Still nothing. I may have to go back to Anytime Fitness. The data nerd in me likes being able to track this info.

Cleanliness is a major reason why I chose this gym. They are very clean and everything works as is expected...except a TV or two. Great price and is on my route to work 👍

I recommend them just wish they offered classes like Aerobics and Yoga but you definitely get your moneys worth...

The facility is clean and brand new. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You do not need to wear a mask while you work out. I appreciate the judgment free atmosphere every single time I come to Planet Fitness. The prices are the best in the business. There are no contracts, and when you cancel, you get to use the gym for the rest of the month youve already paid for.

I joined in Longview Jan.2020 and because of conscious never went till today Mar.10 2021 went to Kilgore and where I live and was able to change membership from 27.00 a month to 10.00 a month staff was real friendly and answers all my questions and took care of me.I was impressed

What a great place love the new people

I recommend no one using this gym. They enforced wearing masks even on treadmills. Im not gonna pass out while jogging. Plus I asked them to cancel and they canceled my membership for that day. Only was there for a week and paid for a whole month. Was told that a manager would call to talk about a refund. Was not ever contacted. I strongly urge to never use this gym. They care about money. Not customer service. I love our new gym at crunch fitness. No masks while working out and they let us finish what we paid for if we cancel and not just take our money. Id give 0 stars if I could from my bad experience.

Helpful staff and nice atmosphere 👌

First time I’m committing to losing weight, love this place. Always clean and I hope it stays that way instead of losing quality like other places over time. Friendly staff, maybe too friendly sometimes because I would love to talk but I am there to workout 😅. But that’s not a complaint. All the big gyms are in Longview and it’s such a relief there’s one in Kilgore now!

Friendly helpful staff most of the time. Apparently some difference about the dress code.... between employees. I have been given three different descriptions of the dress code. Otherwise head and shoulders above the rest.

Im loving it so far! This is my first actual gym membership, so Ive no basis for comparison lol. Very clean and well maintained equipment. Staff is pretty helpful, but they do not take American Express. The massage chair alone is worth the Black Card membership in my opinion.

Great people and so clean and take great precautions

We have been very pleased before our visit tonight. I was issued a black card. My son has came with me everytime as my visitor. He has been allowed to use massage chairs & hydrobed if it isnt too busy. Tonight, I was informed he could only try these once as a visitor. Rules need to be black or white. There should be no gray zones. It should be the same rules no matter what staff is working.****We attempted to go back tonight. They said they needed my account & routing # again. I gave them the deposit slip I was given by the bank, three of the workers argued that the routing # wasnt the correct one for my bank. They googled the right one. It didnt work either!! Needless to say....I got understandably upset...we dont have a membership there anymore!
