I had a very bad experience with Vermeer Texas-Louisiana in Kilgore store. I went there trying to by a Stump grinder. I got there at 12:30, there was not a sale person available, the persons there didnt have a clue of the machine I wanted to buy. after like 45 min a sales man came in, he try to help us. it took like two hours to get application going. Long story short we spend 4 hours there waiting and at the end the guy told us that because of no credit he cant sell us the machine. The guy told me to come back on Monday, what difference will it make if they said that my husband didnt have credit. Can you get credit over the weekend. Few days later we bought the machine, of curse we didnt bother to use their bank. I was just very disappointed that there where no other stores close to Tyler for us to get this kind of machine. It was a nightmare experience.
