Called this company to do repairs on My Box truck. Owners claim to fix problem. charged me $1499. I Drove my truck for 2 hours and not only did the same part fail but it damaged my radiator. originally he agree to replace the part and still charge my for the labor. But he did not want to be responsible for the new damage. After 2 days of calling they are not returning my calls. so now I have a damaged fan pulley and broken radiator that have to get fixed elsewhere. These people are crooks dont call them for nothing.

I was in a desperate situation I caught a flat while in Kilgore. I drive a 2013 Malibu…they don’t come with spare tires. It’s Sunday 730pm no tire shops open. It was gonna take a hour and a half for roadside to come so I called Top Flight Roadside who regularly work on 18 wheelers and I told him what I had going on and this nice gentleman told me to send me the address and he would head my way. Had an issue with a very old pneumatic trailer that I had transported for a customer from La Porte to Longview as a favor. Was returning to La Port around 230 pm when one of the brake chambers began leaking causing the whole system to lose air which would eventually lead to complete brake failure. Was able to get to a truck stop that was fortunately right in front of me.After parking I inspected the trailer and discovered the issue. Being unfamiliar with the area I googled diesel mechanics near me. Several popped up and the 1st one I called was answered by a woman with a baby crying in the background. Spoke with her for a couple of minuets and decided to try another number.Dialed Top Flights number and Jamie answered. After a couple of minutes discussion I knew he was both knowledgeable and experienced. I told him where I was and he said it would be about 1-2 hours before he arrived.He arrived within the stated timeframe with a friend Brian who was also very knowledgeable. They both looked things over and gave me several options. Brian also noticed a small leak from a air tank water vapor release valve and said they would fix it as well.I have been in business for over 20 years and have dealt with many repair people, both shop and roadside assistance. These guys are young, honest, reliable and above all else, absolutely know what they are doing. Yesterday as we were traveling down I 20 East in Kilgore, TX, the rear drive tire on the driver’s side blew out and left us in a state where we could not continue on!! Upon calling my dispatch who reached out to find us road side help, I learned that he has spoken with Jamie Smith of Top Flight Contractors, who was actually out with his kids having a fun day at the time!! Seeing the importance of getting a stranded semi back on the road, he forsook the fun day and came to repair the tire which had blown out!! His work was quick and efficient!! Within Forty to forty five minutes, he had the old tire off and the new tire on!! We did have to wait that long for the service, and once he arrive the work was completed in small amount of time!! If you are in the area use this company, they care about the individual!!
