Used this car wash on Friday October 1st. I keep my car washed regularly because I like it clean looking but this car wash left it anything but clean. The driers did not get the the car dry at all. Spots from the wash are all over my car and it looks horrible. I had to take up to flying ace and have it washed again. I took it heat to look for a monthly plan to keep my car washed but I won’t be visiting this car wash again.

This carwash went above and beyond I received the $12 works package and it was the best quality. Normally when I go to other washes they leave spots but this wash left my car shiny and spot free, Im so happy I found this wash. When you need the extra help theyll even detail your car for you they have the best workers.

OK first time through here today. Right off the bat, after paying, it’s a hard left turn to get centered up to enter the car wash when you’re coming into it, and then I kind of felt like the track was not working at 100%. Exiting leaves you barely enough room to stop before pulling back out onto the main road…I picked the top level $12 wash and I’ll just say it was OK…

I didnt knee to get out of the car

I went to this car wash today. The conveyor ripped the front drivers side valve stem off of my front tire and gouged the rear rim. When I called to inform the attendant he said the owner might be in touch with my on Monday ... well, I need the car to get to work and have a flat.Update: I still have not heard from the owners after attempting to contact them to make it right. The damage to my front tire was around $100 because it broke the TPMS sensor in the tire as well.** Owner claims to have paid for my tire, that is completely untrue.

I switched up my routine a bit & got my car cleaned a little earlier than I usually do. I work over in this area, & I always see the sign that says they now open at 7 AM which is perfect because I work 3rd shifts. I decided to just take a quick trip, because they also offer free vacuums & honey Im balling on a budget ok. I cleaned the inside of my car first, so after I got my wash I could just head straight home. Im definitely not the dedicated car owner that takes the time to dry after the wash, lol. But I digress. Now, when I finished vacuuming, I sprayed my rims w/ cleaner, like usual, & went to get the $10 car wash. As I mentioned earlier, I dont get out to dry my car, so it wasnt until I got home that I realized that my rims were still dirty. The cleaner that I put on them removed almost 80% of the dirt, so I was pissed that there was still dirt on them; seeing as how most of the work was already done. Save your money & just get the cheap wash & go on about your day. However, the place was clean & theres a Starbucks next door, if youre into that kind of thing.

Its a really good place to get your car cleaned. The only problem is its headache to cancel your subscription. I was charged after canceling my subscription also I didnt get yhe money back. I spoke to them a lot of time.

Vacuums are junk. Car wash is sub par. Rather drive down the street to Flying Ace for the same price.

Didnt get my car clean. Definitely the cheapest car wash around, but you pay for what you get!***I dont have time to go through the car wash 3 times because you cant get my car clean!I paid for their premium wash and still had bug juice on my windows. Asked the employee to let me go through again, he put me through the cheap wash. Still had the same problem. I visited yesterday (9/7/2020).

Needs better managers/employees and application. I have purchased the works package 2x first on purpose 2nd time by the shift manager pushing the wrong selection just after telling him I did not want the works. When brought to his attention I was told he was sorry and would give me a free wash next time. He did not give a card etc nothing to show for our free visit, just ask for him lol. Yes ok lol. The first time we got the works it did not clean very well and left pieces of wax all over the car I had to wipe and pull off after I got home. I will not be back. They can keep their free car wash.

Wow, thanks for your amazing customer service in your response to my review. My van had been washed the day before we left for the beach, so it was clean minus the salt water. I’m not sure if you’ve worked in customer service before, but your responses leave a lot to be desired. I would think one would want to actually be helpful and nice to their customers. Generally, when people receive good service they want to go back to an establishment. Unhelpful and sarcastic responses tend to deter customers.

I appreciate the follow-up from the owner of the car wash and am changing my rating.Paid for a premium wash on Monday after work and when I got out of my vehicle to fix the passenger side mirror, I found soap suds on both front fenders and the top of my vehicle. I pulled back around and the only remedy offered was a couple buckets of water splashed onto my vehicle followed by the attendant using one small towel to dry. Ive used this car wash before and it has been fine, but Mondays wash was unacceptable.

Great place to go to get your car washed. The machine does an awesome job and they give you a free bottle of water, dog biscuit for your dog and free vacuuming. A great deal you cant pass up!

I was at the car wash yesterday (6/16/19) after spending a week at the beach. My mini-van was covered in salt water and I wanted to get it off the car. I purchased the $12 car wash. When I got home I noticed that there were streaks all over my mini-van where the brushes did not clean my van at all. I would have been better off just letting it sit out in the rain water to get clean. This was my first time at the car wash and I was not impressed. I normally go to Soft Touch, but wanted a quick option. I only wasted my money.

Terrible people. First time ive ever had this problem. Employee tells me to go in so i do and then ends up rear ending a truck already in there. The truck checks his damage which is none and drives away i have damage on the front end of my car and when i talk to the employee he says its my fault. On top of that my car was still dirty and didnt get clean. DONT GO HERE !

I went through the car wash only to come out and find that half my bumper had been torn off! The woman working there insisted that there must have been a “space” that the brush got stuck in ... my car was fine before I went through the wash! In short spent $512.00 on a car wash after I pay my deductible

Worst car wash ever ... not only did I have to re wash my whole car as soon as I got home but they put scratches across the hood of my roush mustang. Then when I called them to tell them they just said there nothing in there that could do that.. do not wash ur car here!!!

Everytime I go to this carwash the employees are very kind and helpful. I was informed my subscription was reduced to $30. per month instead of the $40 I was paying, that is always good news saving money.

Turning into the wash is difficult to align with the track. You end up with damaged rims. Rinse cycle leaves a lot of soap. Dryer doesnt dry.Dont waste your cash on the top level.

My husband went through this wash with 20” brand new rims and coming out, machine chipped front and rear driver side rim. Called owner immediately per advise from employee and was told to meet two days later at wash. Owner stated he’d be there open to close. Husband showed up after work at 5:00pm, car wash was still open, but owner was not there. My husband then entered the machine with an employee to video spots of potential cause of damage. Recorded many areas of concern. While he was still in the wash area, employee walked away and turned machine on with my husband still inside. This is not only unprofessional but also extremely dangerous.When I consulted the owner afterwards because of this he began to insult me.Owner has no regard for his patrons vehicles or safety.

By far my favorite car wash! I can clean the inside of my car for as long as I need and the attentand is ALWAYS very friendly. Last time it was very hot while cleaning out the car and she brought us cold waters! Shes the best!

If I was able to give this place a zero I would. I came to get my car cleaned and that didn’t happen. I went through the car wash and the attendant was pleasant enough. However the back of my car didn’t get clean. The attendant said I would have to speak with the owner and when I went up to him he said that my car wasn’t able to be cleaned back there because it was straight down. Uh yeah, right. Never had an issue before. Customer beware. He was very demeaning. I would stay for Away from this place.

This car wash is the type that pulls your car through, good price, and does a good job of washing. The vacuums are free with car wash purchase. The staff are very friendly, they will hand dry your car as well as clean any spots the automatic car wash missed.

I havent actually used this car wash. I rated it thinking it was the one down the street and now I cant figure out how to unrate it. So Ill just say 5 stars until I can check it out myself. The one down the street deserves two however.

They have great staff that works here especially Mrs Ann the older man that works here acts like he cant fo his job unless hes tipped but other than that its a great place for a touchless carwash especially for the price 30$ a month unlimited car washing and vacuuming

Used my debit card to pay for the premium car wash. Got up to car wash and attendant says the machine isnt showing I paid for anything. I gave him cash and paid for it twice since the first transaction did go through. The business has since corrected the issue, and given compensation. Cant complain!

5 stars for clean car. 2 stars for small lot and wonky flow of traffic. So Ill rate 4 stars. This place is ok for a small car. Every time Ive been through every one has to do a three-point turn to get lined up correctly to go thru wash. I wish the lot was bigger. I have been through several times and cant get to the vacuum due to so many cars in the area. The entrance and exit to vacuum area is the same.

Left a huge scratch on my rims! This car wash Turns a sharp corner into a metal track guide. There was a guy at entrance talking on his cell phone as he waved his hands around to align my car from a turn into to a straight line in a seemingly impossible short distance.. and basically just let my car get forced into to the all-metal guide scraping the rims as the car gets forced into the track. It may have helped if he was actually paying attention but this car wash design is terrible for the cramped space. Wash was okay spent $10; left bugs still behind on front bumper and also left some kind of weird black splatter on my car that i had to wipe off. Will not return.

Not a bad 5 dollar wash. Make sure you wipe off excess tire shine if you opt for the 10 dollar wash otherwise your car is dirty 2 minutes after you pull away!

I was very impressed got quick and clean it was, their service is also very friendly and helpful too. 10$ car was in under two minutes with included free unlimited vacuuming time was with it, Im coming back later again with a challenge.

I stopped here after a road trip because our car was filthy after a road trip. Noticed there was still foamed soap in many areas after the rinse and the vacuum was really weak... Found it very annoying waiting for a vacuum when people were pulling in to the vacuum (free with a wash) and I was the one of the only cars that had gone through the wash.

I used to love this car wash. It is close to my home and always did a great job cleaning the rims on my tires. I even recommended it to my friends and co-workers. However, after an experience this week Im not so sure I will be returning. I stopped by on 8/12/17 and purchased my usual $10.00 car wash. After I swiped my credit card, the staff member on shift came up to my car and asked if I would like my receipt. I declined. As I was getting ready to go through the wash I noticed on the sign that I was getting the basic $5.00 wash. I mentioned to staff that I payed for the $10.00 wash and he said that he would go back to get my receipt (basically to prove that Im mistaken). After I went through the wash I pulled into the vacuum station to wait for my receipt as he talked to another customer purchasing their wash. The staff member went back to his station to put the next car through. I had to walk up to him to follow up about my receipt. I was then told that since the other car payed he could no longer provide the receipt. I mentioned that it is not a big deal and that I would dispute it if it showed up on my cc statement. At that point he offered me a coupon for $1.00 off my next wash. He also added that the machine is X amount of dollars and he has never never known it to be wrong. Well, after checking my cc statement, Im here to tell you that your very expensive machine was wrong. I payed for a service that I did not receive. I wonder how many times this has happened to your customers unknowingly.

Customer service is awful!!!Trying to vacuum out my car before a carwash some guy came out and yelled at me and demand for five dollars. I told him I go to flying Ace down the street the only reason I’m here is because Flying ace is packed.
