I had several vehicles worked on by Kenny Friend and I have had mixed results...but in 2 of the instances I have incurred losses... 1 a new battery was taken and an old battery left in its place ... and a other parts were left off or were take out and not put back, causing major issues after I left...If you have to pay upfront before you have your vehicle worked on... run away, this is not a reputable shop ... You will probably never see this review, but if you do, save yourself !!... from the cost and aggravation of his way of doing business ... go somewhere else before you find out the hard way ... I have shops I have taken my vehicles into after Mr Friend worked on them who have gone into painstaking detail to show me what he did to my vehicles ...run or tow yourself away from this guy.
