Got a great training session on Bluebeam Revu

Lost my tablet data collector. Wasted my field crews time. Did not set up software on the data collector that I purchased from them and left with them for 4 days. Did not communicate with server to release software licenses correctly. Released the wrong software from the wrong data collector several times. Every time I give them my software #s and device ids they cross confuse them and then have an attitude about it and take days to respond. Seem to only want your money so you better make them perform everything prior to paying.
