I am not having any luck getting real service. Two of my last three service tickets i fixed the issue myself after bieng told that there was no way to fix it. They remote onto my computer and ran unlicensed software on two occasions. Since they are using trial or free software, they can only detect the issues. Then they leave after telling what the problem is and I have to do the work to fix it. The last ticket they used a trial version of a program Ccleaner that is listed as Spyware and left it installed on my computer. Overall just very poor understanding of me as a customer.
