I had an issue porting an (800) number from a previous carrier and the execution and follow up were sup-par. I escalated this issue to Management and they were very responsive and accountable. Not everything always goes as planned in business but how you handle your issues is what determines your success, reputation and longevity. I highly recommend NPI!

Weve been clients of NPI for several years now. Their service is top notch! We are a real estate team, NOT experts in anything remotely I.T. They never make us feel as if we are I.T. challenged, they simple get us up and running. I would recommend their services to anyone in the market.

This company took over for the IT service I had with another company. They are now trying to charge me (about 5x) for the cost for a piece of equipment that was under warranty with our old IT provider. They have over charged us in the past as well when they found out we were going to us a different provider. I am sure gad we went elsewhere. This is NOT a good company to be with. Proceed with CAUTION!!
