If you are all ready to busy and not looking for new clients, the least you could do it say so, instead of leaving us hanging.

Scott has taken care of our taxes for decades now, and he always goes above and beyond for us - and everyone else there as well. Most recently, the amount of information they provided with tax considerations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic was swift, detailed and extremely helpful. I have had the most awful experience with this guy. He did our taxes for a couple of years. Each time he got later and later. He was supposed to be helping with a back tax situation that he simply never did anything on. Then, he never did my taxes until the very last minute. Would never call back, and I only got responses from his staff. Its a shame, the first year he was great.

I used Scott Olson CPA for my accounting work for a small business. They miscalculated my payroll....it cost me $1000s of dollars. They lost my whole quick books file. I found them to be very unprofessional....especially in the way they handled it in the end. As I talked to others who use them....it seems to be a similar experience.If you do use them...I would recommend a secondary auditor to check over the work.I would never refer them to family or friends!!

I have been told every time I call that I will get a call back with the answers to the questions I am asking. It never happens. I would not recommend this place for reliable or timely responses.
