I work here. As an employer Amazon isnt all that bad, as people make it out to be. You can achieve success faster than at other companies.

So, as I see only amazon’s workers left 5 starsCheck in usually takes from 10-30 minGood place.Thanks for your service but try to work with drivers too. Most of them complained about unloading or loading time. I know it not easy to load or unload but try to work with drivers too. The are also - trying to take care about your loads so be polite and respectful.About facility is pretty big and looks good.

Its a good place to work

Worked here twice.Area managers play favorites, you can literally watch groups of 3-4 people walking around most of the day just chatting with them. They pass by people to offer their friends VTO first, they lie and hold a few spots for their friends.None does anything.You constantly see people hiding in between boxes on their phone or talking to friends behind Auto sort.People will stand around for 10 minutes while a jam happens.Only people who were tried by Area Managers can clear these jams.Which I was, yet Id be complained too about clearing jams constantly, seconds after they happen. Instead of waiting 5-15 minutes after an A.M. comes around to doing it.People literally sit in the bathroom for 30 minutes straight on their phone.They treat us like hamsters in cages during covid.Lunch items are overprices to heck.The few HR people I talked to are very unprofessional.So are the people who pick up the phone when you have a problem.They made me want to call oneanother nonstop to talk about an issue I was having with my ID, and when I got sick with covid, then waited till I was better to return.Dont bother working here, its a nightmare.

Nothing but respect for amazon, they the leader in online sells and employing any and everybody. Such a great story, a company that started out as just an online bookstore turned into a tech company that offers so much more

Have been doing their job even though there is a crisis. I understand some things may arrive late due to this. Just wish their parking lot was easier to drop off employees.

I dont know what it is like to work at Amazon however, I have been on the free tour. It requires about 45 minutes and it is fascinating. The tour takes you from where the initial deliveries are made to Amazon, through the inventory process (with the robots) to the packaging and final shipment out the door. The efficiency and the sheer amount of materials being moved is amazing. During the tour you wear headsets that are linked to one of the guides and so it is not difficult to hear the explanations. There is a fair amount of walking but elevators are available for those who need them. **********The tours are given at the south entrance and you must sign up on line as they are only available at certain times and days.*****If you are attempting to work at Amazon, the recruitment entrance is just to the right of the south entrance to the building.

I been ordering products through Amazon and it been on time, didnt have a problem. Recently for the past few months, I ordered some items and it just to happen to come from Amazon in Kenosha, it been late and not on time and then claim it lost. Didnt expect that at all when I was a Amazon Prime member. So tired of waiting and dealing with lost package. Why spend extra for prime? So then I decided to cancel Prime and deal with the B.S.

Amazon believes that they are too big to fail. They treat loyal customers almost as bad as their employees and consistently miss deadlines leaving the customer with no recourse.

Packages are always late, and the company does not take responsibility.

Amazon is a corporation like any other. Its purpose is to amass profit. It does not give its fulfillment associates a living wage job. Its a classic case where the laws are designed for the benefit of the corporation and not the employee. Its the capitalist exploiting the worker.

Delivery has and is terrible! Zero care on a customer service side and zero control to provide good service

Very very entertaining and interesting process. Mind boggling how they make it all work with machines and computers and are accurate as heck! Could have watched some of that stuff for hours- mesmerizing. Tour was around an hour, but our group didnt have very many questions so I bet that helped things speed along.Tour entrance for this one was in the South entrance, but wasnt specified in email. Not a big deal to go on a walk from the North to South Entry.

Long line all the time to check in due ti skiw service over the phone, big difference than the next door location., always issues here, delays....
