Polite, courteous, and genuine. Accidently paid them too much before, they could have easily kept the amount. Rather they caught it immediately and gave the amount back.

Integrity has done what was required and then some. Wisconsin on the other hand.. swoosh. Our interlock program needs some work. Why does my horn go off when I do a test incorrectly? Anytime I’m driving and I hit a pothole causing my breathing to be interrupted when testing my car alarm is supposed to go off? I JUST DID A TEST WRONG! It’s not a failed test, it’s not reading any BAC, and so why do I need to cause such a scene on the road? That’s hazardous and while no fault to Integrity since they have no control over state settings it’s just frustrating.

Called and gave them my information to get scheduled, got scheduled within the week, showed up for my installation, and received quality training on how to use the device (they have a demo unit to practice on). Everything was as expected, no complaints so far.

Paid for a year upfront and even got a discount making it a little cheaper. IIDs aren’t cheap but at least these guys try to offer discounts when possible.

There are things i dont like but understand the neccesity. It also keeps me honest with driving without using. About the time this is over Ill be use to being a sober driver. Even though i will not drive under the influence again im thankful for the assistance. It helps keep me safe and others. New clients should b made aware of over accelerating and distraction while blowing and driving

I have used other interlock devices. This one is by far the easiest to use. Installation was quick and painless. The technician was very courteous and helpful with any questions i did have.

Terrible company to go through! Sure there prices seem reasonable and decent...until “hidden” charges come out. You are told one price for a transfer of vehicles, but because your car now has so and so, it actually cost double to transfer and install. This is after I had told them the make, and model of the new vehicle. I was told one price and had to pay double. Along with charging me then an extra $30 at my 2 month calibration, because of the relay that they had to add due to the idle stop. None of these extra fees were explained to me until I was charged for them, and there was nothing I could do. I would be wary of the information they are telling you and watch out for hidden charges!!

The product is excellent and definitely the best among the IIDs, however the services rendered are next to as criminal as the act that likely got you there in the first place. Falsely advertising services as a Monthly Lease but forcing you to pay Multiple months at a time and not allowing for any refunds for the time not used, and still finding it morally acceptable to charge a removal fee would make the services feel like strong arming and extorting the simple folk out of every penny possible a completely acceptable business ethic. I wonder why there are no reviews, were they all bad and deleted?
