Not happy with the way they treat employees who have medical conditions. I was fired after offering to work from the hospital bed (a job which can easily be performed remotely). We cant control medical emergencies dealt to us.... ServIT should be a lot more understanding / flexible in this regard.

ServIT has been such a refreshing change of pace. For 6 years, I personally handled all the IT requests for our company and it was a major time challenge. We initially used another provider last year and had a very poor experience. ServIT has over delivered. Since switching to them last year, we have had phenomenal service, our employees are happy and I havent had to get involved in a single call! I would recommend them to any business without hesitation.

We use ServIT as our outsourced IT Provider and they have been excellent. The REASON we found them is due to our previous provider dropped the ball many times. ServIT came in and created a flow for the processes we needed specifically around email management and keeping our laptops/desktops up to date with the latest protections needed!I would recommend them to anyone looking for Managed IT Services.

This company use to be good but now they dont return service requests. We have a business server we use for our accounting department and they never get back to us and the server is constantly down. The claim they have internal issues. Looking to switch companies right away.

Steller service! Amazing Price! I brought my Macbook after my drive unexpectedly blew up. Not only did I get a new drive for a fraction of the cost but they were also able to do a fresh reboot and retrieval of all of my most current data at no additional charge. It was above and beyond and I will be returning for all of my IT needs!

We utilize ServITs managed IT services at work. What I love about ServIT is that if I have a problem, I can get help immediately. I can connect with a single person who will assign a technical resource to help any problem I have. I love having a human connection instead of going through a bunch of automated 1-800 numbers that has been frustrating from our previous providers.

I hoped to work with them but they just wanted me on monthly billing. They missed an appt. I had an emergency they moved slow.
