Its sport clips. If you havent been, please give them a try. Men and women can have hair cut here and the vip treatment (hot or cold towel and shoulder massage really help get the stress out.

Overall the experience was good and place was clean nice ladies, but my haircut was messed up so bad I asked for wave brush length and facial hair shape up I didn’t get neither it was still a lot of hair on my head I asked for it too be cut down she cut it a little still nothing at that point I was ready to just leave my line up was pushed back and extra hair was still on my head I will not say any names I don’t want to bash anyone but I will not be returning or recommending anyone I know to come too this location other locations might be good but not this one

I am one of the worlds pickiest people when it comes to getting haircuts. Ive been unsatisfied for years, bouncing from place to place, never happy with anyone. So perhaps the best compliment I can give KateLynn is that I have actually gone back to her and I have actually been *pleased* with the results every time. Quick and easy experience. Showed up not knowing about online appointments, but checking in was simple and I was the first in line which was very nice. Got a quality haircut, TWO hot towels with my shampoo, and a shoulder massage all for the price that a regular haircut would have cost at my old location. Staff was friendly and practiced very safe Covid regulations. Overall one of my favorite visits to Sports Clips ever!

Kids haircuts can be difficult enough but especially with no power! We walked out with great haircuts that looked no different than they would have on any other trip! I have been a repeat customer of this location for a little over 3 years now. Every stylist I have encountered is professional and pleasent to be around. There has never been a haircut that I wasnt completely satisfied with with. I go because they are consistent and clean. They have a great Covid procedure and I highly recommend this location with out hesitation.

I got my haircut here yesterday and was thrilled with the results. I was tired of paying hundreds of dollars for a haircut, so I was looking for a high quality option that was more affordable. Tracy at Sports Clips nailed it. She cut over 2 inches off my hair and expertly cut layers in it to give me the lift and body I was seeking. Ladies, they treat you right in there and all for $30! I typically do not trust the chain haircut spots, but I needed a trim and wow! Brittany T completely changed my entire opinion of sports clips. Very professional, asked a lot of questions, and was very informative of the entire cut. She did a better job than my barber, or I should say ex barber. Great experience all around, if you’re a barber type of guy give this place a shot because Brittany T killed it for me.

OUTSTANDING. I normally get my haircut at a different Sport Clips location, but it is still closed due to COVID-19. So, I took a chance. Checked in online as usual, randomly chose a stylist named Amber. Never been to this location, no idea if she was any good or not. So, I get there, let them know Im there, and go wait in the car (virus protocols). 10 minutes BEFORE my scheduled time, they come get me. Mask on, temperature check at the door, the whole thing. I go in, and immediately notice that this is a well run operation. Amber says hello and I have a seat. Now remember, I havent had a haircut since December (I was due for one when everything shut down). I pull out my phone and show Amber pictures that I took immediately after my last good cut, and Amber and I have a good laugh over the difference between that and the state of my hair today. Then, she went to work. About 10 minutes in, I notice her nametag - shes the MANAGER. Also, while working on my hair, she is giving directions to the other employees and ensuring that the virus protocols that have been put into place are being adhered to. She was very effective. All the while, she engaged me in very good conversation and was really friendly. After 40 minutes of work on my hair, she informs me that Im not leaving until she knows Im happy with her work. She cut some, ask my opinion. Cut some more, ask me again. Several times. After nearly an hour of her working hard to make sure I was happy, she nailed it. Did the MVP thing (minus the hot towel of course), and made sure I was happy and had a great experience. The best haircut Ive gotten in probably 15 years. My wife is very pleased. I told Amber, now Im telling you... my experience was SO GOOD there, that even though its several miles further for me to drive, I absolutely WILL be going THERE from now on. I was THAT impressed. Amber is my new stylist from now on, I hope she doesnt mind. Amber, THANK YOU. You are a ROCKSTAR.

This sports clips location goes above and beyond to make sure you love your haircut. I didn’t get mine short enough in the morning, and Amber told me I could come back and get it shortened for free. It was an outstanding experience and I was very shocked. I love this place.

Amber has cut my hair 4 times so far. I will be back to see her in 2 weeks for a free neck trim. I particularly like her MVP treatment. Today she really dug in while shampooing my hair. She took her time to let the washcloth steam my face before leading me back to her studio for a back massage. Amber is pleasant and thank God she doesnt talk too much.

After a recent visit, I was less that satisfied with my service. Once the staff realized of my concerns, the went above and beyond to rectify the situation in a timely and professional manner. The Bells Ferry location continues to be professional, full of energy and well staffed. Keep up the good work ! Also, almost a year later, Sports Clips continues to be the barber of choice for myself and my family...great girls and great service !

Getting a hair cut can be bad but this group always does a good job. Doesnt matter if Im having 2 inches or 4 cut off my long hair. Ive been happy every time. I will continue to go back.

After moving from texas i needed a location close with a stylist i could trust, could provide a good cut & shampoo and cut my wifes curly hair. I could not get an appointment anywhere else at such late notice and I recently read an article about a woman getting a haircut at Sports Clips. I was reluctant, but decided to go anyways. Valerie assured me that she would do a great job and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was fantastic and I will definitely go back to her again. She did a little boys cut before mine and did very well on his also! I would recommend Valerie to anyone male or female!

I recently moved to the kennesaw area and have been searching for a good decent haircut. I’ve been to several places and was not pleased at all with the results vs what I paid. I went to Sports Clips today because the reviews are good for this particular location. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be going back and referring my friends and coworkers. I have been going to this Sportclips for about 6 months now. I have tried a few different stylists and they are all so knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy being greeted by name. Amber does such a great job with every style I ask her to do. I enjoy changing my hair and never feel nervous doing so. This store is clean and the staff is efficient. I gave a three because sometimes the lady that my husband ends up with is good and sometimes they are not. I will say that the last time was with a new lady so I dont know if it is because she is fresh out of barber school or not but it could be the reason.

My husband went for a haircut today. Had one person in front of him. It becomes our turn or on deck as their system puts it. Another man comes in just walks into the hair cut area and they tell him to check In And they immediately take him even though he walked out without checking in. We had been waiting for 20 minutes already. We left. So did another family. So we walked down the side walk to another place and they took us immediately. I think sport clips should reevaluate their check in policy. You don’t take a customer ahead of others who have signed in just because he came in earlier and left and then came back.

I have had my hair cut by several of the stylists here and have always gotten a great haircut. However, Amber has been cutting my hair for over a year and a half and I am never disappointed (And I am very picky about my hair). The staff is always very friendly as well.
