We had a really good experience with the initial salesman and the installation crew. They did a really good job of making sure they did what they said and even helped out with things out of their control. Had a little hiccup that the General Manager promptly called about and did more than he had to. 5 stars all the way around! Looking forward to doing business with Allstate in the future!

From beginning to end AllState windows was amazing!! Lloyd the salesman that came for the initial visit was knowledgeable and professional. Gary in the office was pleasant when he called to set up the installation. Alex and Selmon just 2 people. They work liked a crew of 6. They showed up on time, was professional and extremely neat. They cleaned up everything as that went along and left it very clean. Not to mention the windows are extremely beautiful and far exceeded my expectations! I cannot say enough about the 2 gentleman who came to install the windows. One was Chris and unfortunately did not get the name of the other. Totally recommend Allstate Windows. The windows are beautiful and changed the whole appearance of our home. Sales rep was professional. Measurer was kind and measured each window exact. I had some old drafty windows and Allstate came by and replaced them. The new windows are beautiful, plus the really reduce outside noise, which was one of our main reason for buying them. Im also very glad they are energy efficient. Allstate was easy to work with and understanding of the details involved with working with old houses.

My new windows and French doors were installed today by Chris and Josh. They were great to have in my house. They were considerate of my pets; working around in an orderly manner so that the puppy didnt have to be confined unnecessarily. Dear Allstate Windows,John and his team of friendly installers were here today replacing our tired old aluminum windows with beautiful new impact resistant vinyl replacements from AllState. The guys were very professional, worked carefully and hard all day. It was amazing to watch the attention to detail they put in to insure a perfect fit and finish. They moved furniture too heavy for me to move and vacuumed and cleaned as they went from room to room. We have all new windows installed and they were finished in one day. When choosing a window company, I received three estimates. Allstate windows provided excellent service from Day 1. Ms. Carolyn was such a pleasure to speak with over the phone with scheduling my appointment. My sales person, Mike Martinez, was knowledgeable and professional. The production manager, Mark Martinez, was patient and accommodating. And the installer, Brian and his team, were timely, efficient and thorough. I am very happy with my windows.

Just finished a quote with the guy, I forgot his name, reports that the warranty is the best. we will find out. hoping for an awsome job. I cant stand putting money down but still have 3 days to cancel, will write a final review following install.following 6 weeks the job is complete, looks great, installers were cool, windows look great, they really keep the heat out, phone conversations with Ms. Carolyn were cool, down to earth people, and easy on timeline for payment. as of now I would recommend Allstate to anyone without reservation!!

I purchased a house on Ole Miss in Kenner Louisiana and had Allstate install new windows. This was my first time using this company I normally use Window World. I believe my installers name was Chris. I highly recommend this guy and his crew. The windows look great the guys are sociable and laugh. It seems as if they enjoy what they do. Our new windows were installed last weekend and we couldnt be more pleased. I thought the price was very reasonable. The quality is even better than I expected. Surprising how much less outside noise we hear.The installation crew showed up promptly and they had 9 windows in much quicker than I expected. They were very polite, neat and mess was minimal. And my dog liked them!Wish we would have done this much sooner.

I contacted Allstate to change out some old aluminum windows to double pane, low E, vinyl. Scott (the owner) took my call and was very thorough. He set an appointment and the salesman (Mike) showed pretty much spot on time.The salesman did a walk around, initial measurements and the sales demo/presentation. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. More importantly, the price was fair for a good quality product so I put down a deposit.The next phase is for another staffer to take final measurements. I am told that will occur within a week. Ive also been told that the entire job should take 4-6 weeks.As the job has not been completed, its too early to discuss warranty issues as other reviewers have. I can only share my experiences as well as what Ive been told - that Allstate offers a lifetime warranty. Google Reviews are forever so time shall tell.Again, my current 5 star rating is based upon my experience to date. Once the work has been completed, Ill update this review regarding the quality of the work & materials, whether additional, non-disclosed costs appear and whether I would recommend Allstate to others.

Roberts Home Solutions/Americas Best Choice Windows was not only cheaper but Robert was helpful and always took my calls. Very happy with them and recommend him instead of Allstate Windows.

Warranty is not what they claim. I call in to report a cracked window pane they asked for $75 service charge to order screen to order the screens. The man never returned. I called a few weeks later the office stated that in order for them to fix the cracked window pane I have to pay $75 service charge so that they can order the window screens. I didnt call for screens I call because I wanted the window pane replaced. It never happen its been 6 month. I will also notify the BBB on their poor customer service & warranty policy.... Go to window world I have heard only good things about them. Stay away from this company. I totally regret buying my windows from this company.

Yeah, their commercials are so irritating that even they admit it. But they think theyre cute so we still have to change the channel as soon as they come on.

Met with Myles yesterday and before he went to meet with my fiance I told him that this was just for a quote and that we were not buying anything until we decided on what we wanted to do. Of course we were still pressured to pay money at the time of them being there. Then Myles must have been aggravated because he stormed off, slammed my fiances tailgate and said as he was walking away yall werent even going to use us anyways. Well you are correct. If you would have never acted the way that you did, we would have used yall but I am glad you showed your as* the way you did so that we could make the right decision and go with Americas Best Windows instead. Robert is a very nice man and treated us with respect. Did not ask for money. Told us to take a few days to think about it. Shook our hands when he got there and when he left.
