I started going to Liz about 6 weeks ago. I have a lot of life stressors, which make it virtually impossible for me to relax. However, I am able to go into a deep state of relaxation during my sessions, which lasts beyond the 1 hour. Liz is kind and thoughtful. She is a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am so glad I decided to give Liz a try. She is a very talented and caring hypnotherapist. Liz doesn’t start a hypnosis session without taking the opportunity to understand the reason for my visit. She is then able to incorporate that information into the session addressing the root cause my problem. Liz has been a lifesaver.
