It would be great if they opened earlier. There are people in the parking lot waiting in their cars and then hurry to get inside first so they can get checked in. Seems like a 7:00 opening time would eliminate some of that rush.

Finding the current locations of Labcorp is kind of like playing wack-a-mole in that they seem to disappear then popup elsewhere.This LabCorp is located on the backside of an otherwise non-descript building behind Ochsner Hospital with 3555 Loyola written on the side facing Loyola.Youll see several doors so youll have to get right up on them to figure out which one has LabCorp on it.The staff is pleasant but if your labs are sent in electronically or faxed, be SURE to call and verify they have them before showing up. Luckily I did because the person at the window at first told me she didnt see orders for bloodwork on file.

This LabCorp location is the best! Even though it’s a 30 minute drive for me, I get that time back by not waiting for a long time to get serviced. Other locations in the city take forever EVEN if you have an appointment. At this location, I’m usually the only person or there’s only one person ahead of me. Worth noting...the staff are very professional, the office is very clean and there’s plenty of parking available.

Paulette was great at checkin and drawing blood. Patient experience there appears excellent.

There is no one at window to speak with. Been here 10min and the kiosk didnt check in my child and finally when a lady came up she dismissed me told me sit down. 6 people in here when we came in.

Tech was friendly, service was efficient and fast. Very clean facility.
