I have used Buffalo computer several times. Joe an Shawn are always friendly an very fast in getting my computer back to me. They are reasonably priced and always very helpful.

Shaun and Joe run this family-owned business. Ive known them for several years and they have very fair prices (much more affordable than, say, Geek Squad). I see a negative review on here that states the staff consists of teenage boys trying to make a buck and that they sell stolen property. This could not be farther from the truth, as Shaun and Joe run this store themselves. Not sure what this guy is talking about, hes either a troll or has the wrong business.

Shaun was great!! patient, very sweet and on the OTHER hand, Joe was rude, unprofessional and extremely racist. Said my money was no good there and called Kenmore police when I told him that was no way to treat anyone. He used profanity and I patiently waited for police to arrive to show them the video I recorded of his pure ignorance.. smh

I was looking for parts for some Pcs on the fly and they didnt have anything to sell.

They told me 1 to 2 days they didnt mention that there not open all weekend there website says there open on Saturday till 4pm so I guess I am waiting 4 to 5 days.

The Geeks told me it would be 4 weeks and $200. I went and saw Sean he had me running in a day for 85 bucks. Its a little hard to spot the place but I couldnt be happier
