Made an appointment on June 14th for July 1st. No show, no call, no response to texts or calls.Update: He finally texted my husband back at 10:35 on the day the work was to be done (at 8:00 a.m.), saying he thought he texted Tuesday, but looks like it didnt send. SURE. Said his guys were running a lil behind and needed to schedule for next week. When my husband told him nope, we hired someone else, he replied with this text.

All of these guys went above and beyond to save our home and came back and did an exceptional job cleaning out the stumps and brush.

As new homeowners trusting contractors for the first time is difficult. Steve gave a professional, trustworthy quote the day after I called. Within the week he took down our Magnolia tree, ground out the stump and cleaned up. All take down and clean up happened the same day. He was by far the best quote in the Salem Keizer area.
