Needed to make 3 copies of he same key. Instructions were very easy to understand and the keys were made very quickly. I really appreciated the signal that reminded me I had left my original key in the machine. When I got home all three keys worked. This is a much improved process.

First time using. Very easy and intuitive. Price was reasonable.

Stopped in at Lowes to pickup some other items. Happened to see MinuteKey kiosk so had 3 keys made. Took about 3 minutes total, will use again, if the need arises.

The machine said that it could not make a duplicate, then would not release the key. The store tried rebooting (turn off and back on) several times. Minute Key does not have 24/7 support, like their website says. They work 8-5 Monday through Friday. So if there is a problem...

Very limited on which keys can be duplicated. No human interaction at all.
