On the ground leadership is no good in terms of communicating with workers

This company operates in New Jersey because of the minimum wage law. They pay employees $8.60 an hour, who have to break their backs literally to work in unhealthy conditions. They make sure that you dont enjoy life or enjoy your work! These guys gave employees a $5.00 and $10.00 Christmas bonus for all that hard work!!!The supervisors are Guyanese who use expletives, in an insulting and condescending manner, when speaking or instructing workers. The company has various nonsensical and illogical policies that make a sane person insane for example, if they stock a particular coat or footwear, if cannot wear that to come to work, they will make you take it off. The owners practice micro-management and the business is operated like a gangster outfit with no benefits for injuries on the job. It is amazing that companies like Macys, Nordstrom, Burlington, Stein Mart etc support these slave drivers! Sometimes they will instruct supervisors, who behave like busy-body women, to ensure no one goes to the washroom before lunch starting at 20 minutes to 12:00pm. Even Thomas Gambino himself would stand there to prevent you from using the washroom! The supervisors who are thugs of the Gambino family are Mike Rily and Junior.
