Very disappointed in Kevin and his company. Prior to purchase talked extensively with Kevin about warranty given how pricey the work was bid. Kevin told me they do not have problems with the product and should there be problems the warranty would take care of any issues. The work was performed and several large spots in garage were completely missed. 3 years after the work completed, the flooring began peeling and bubbling up in several spots. Called company to make good on warranty. Multiple calls were answered and requesting pics of damage. Provided pics and no response from company. Called back again and got two different appointments. Company did not show for either. No call was made to let me know they were not coming. Called again and was told they would reschedule. Still waiting. I would stay clear of this company if you want the flooring to last more than a couple of years.

Recommend that you AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!Kevin will promise the stars, but once the work is done you will never hear from him again.A true Con artist in my opinion.They DO NOT Stand behind their work.Customers putting high marks right now, we will see in 6-12 months that their work does not hold up and will crumble/crack or peel and there is no-one that will come fix the poor workmanship. Kevin will never call you back.I would highly NOT recommend Hiring this company.BEWARE!!!!

Cannot recommend enough! We had our detached garage floor epoxied and it looks incredible!! All of the employees we worked with were very professional and knowledgable. We called to get a bid on a Wednesday and had our new floor by Monday. So great to work with. If you are on the fence, dont wait - call today!

I would highly recommend that you do some very good due diligence prior to hiring this company.Unfortunately, have been very disappointed with this company. I typically do not like to give poor reviews but this is so bad, I felt I needed to warn others.We had our upper patio and lower patio refinished and there were multiple areas that had poor workmanship. We called and called and after approximately 6 months, Kevin spent about 30 minutes and slapped some sealer on. The fixed area did not match but we were told it would blend and if not would be out to fix it. So we waited to see if these areas would “blend” which never did and now we again have been calling and emailing for past 3 months and they will not return calls/ emails, just like before.So now we are stuck with this.We will now have to hire another company to fix the job done by Complete Concrete.I wish someone would have warned me about this company.

I had been looking off and on for a company that would clean and seal the concrete floor in my laundry room for several years. I found complete concrete and the job finally got done. Employee Paul helped me with setting things up quickly and answered all of my questions. The man who came out did a wonderful job and was very professional. I would use them again.

We found a deal in the Home Magazine for this company and they were top notch all the way! The salesman that came out with the samples was nice and not pushy at all. They explained the service to us very thoroughly. The guys were always on-time and they were very professional. We LOVE our garage now, it looks like another finished room in the house! I used this company because they did such a superior job on my daughters three car garage floor a few years ago and it still looks like it was just done. They came out and did an excellent job on my three car garage floor. They were very professional, served all our needs and couldnt of been any nicer. They were quick, clean, and helped move some items out and back into the garage.

Weve waited 18 yrs for epoxy floors. When we moved into our new home we were going to do it ourselves, but Kevin was right out and gave us a bid that we couldnt beat. He did a great job. Because of where we live we had problems with moisture bubbles. He fixed that and finished it. We then had another issue and they were right out and fixed the problems right away. They were very professional, friendly and the customer service was to notch. He worked with us until it was right and we were satisfied. The floor is beautiful and we couldnt be more happy. We would recommend Kevin and he team again and again.

These guys do BEAUTIFUL work. The technology/materials they use last WAY longer than traditional epoxy/paver sealer...so while they are more expensive....the customer service, quality and product are top notch. Highly recommend.
