I had a terrible experience at another well known alignment store, they really messed up my alignment to where the truck actually leaned to one side. The great people at Pro Alignment showed me step by step what they were doing and why. They were able to get my alignment straight as an arrow and corrected the body lean caused by the other alignment store. I can not thank these people enough. I made an appointment for an alignment on my wifes XT5 after a local Houston auto repair chain couldnt get the vehicle to track straight. The lady who did the alignment explained everything showed me what would be done. She got the alignment perfect and the vehicle no longer drifts to the right and tracks straight. The price was great and I was very happy with the result. I will definitely be back when an alignment is needed on our other vehicle.

Great service! Called in to make an appointment and they took me in same day. Once they ran an alignment test they showed me the results of the condition my car was in before moving forward. Explained very well the condition my car was in and what they were going to do to fix it. After, they showed me the results of the alignment test after they serviced it. I’m glad they did this so I can see the before and after. Before handing me the keys they took my car on a test drive to make sure everything was good. Loved my experience! They didn’t hide any fees or details about my vehicle.

Don’t be fooled but the looks of the building or area. This is one of the best alignment places I’ve been to. Top notch technology and awesome customer service. I don’t look for the lowest price when it comes to the safety of my family, so I was ready to pay a lot more for the work that was done. To my surprised, it was a GREAT deal. This place has a personal yet professional feel to it. They keep you informed and offer suggestions from start to finish so you know what the problem or problems are. Im some what mechanically inclined and agreed with everything that the technician said did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. They aligned my 2014 4x4 Tundra with 35 inch mud tires. They also did my wifes 2016 lexus. Both times I was please with the alignments and I will most definitely be a return customer for both our vehicles.

I recently got an alignment here and I gotta say I am exceptionally satisfied with the service.I generally dread going to alignment shops as in the past I have always had to return immediately after leaving. This is because more times than not, my steering wheel would be noticeably crooked while driving straight, even on flat paved roads.Customer service at the desk was friendly and I was very pleased with the job. Not only did they align the car perfectly (no crooked steering wheel)but they also performed an inspection and it was found that I needed to replace all brakes and rear tires.Overall I am quite satisfied and will be going here for all my alignments. Best place I ever been to. The guy that did my alignment was professional and a great person. He let me know somethings he seen wrong with my vehicle that may have an effect on my alignment. He could of easily told me nothing and later suffered consequences. Honesty is the best policy. There is nothing pro about this place.1) I called to make an appointment and they gave me one 4 days later. I asked the girl on the phone if they could also change one of my tires and mount the new one for me. She said yes.2) My appointment was at 2pm Apr 19th 2021. I went there at 1.40pm and the girl told me that the mechanic was on lunch and would be back at 2pm. I said ok. He came at 2.15pm slowly like death.3) I show him the tire I needed to be changed and he said we cant do that because we dont have the tools. There is a tire shop next door. I went there and in less than 5 minutes I was out. Guess what. They had started another cars alignment. So I ended up leaving without an alignment. I got overcharged for the tire mounting on the store next door to theirs and I lost 2 hours for no reason at all. What an amazing experience..... I dont know how they got the good reviews. Not to mention that the girl on the phone told me a price but the girl that was there was not aware of that. Just find another place folks.

I was referred to this alignment shop from Tire and Wheel Source. I converted my air suspension system to a coil over kit and to finish it off I needed a great alignment for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4. I did what I could with the cambers and such. Driving it to their shop I heard some clanking noises and my steering wheel column wasn’t fully centered. Figured it would go away after the alignment. It did! The mechanic let me know if my parts were still good when they did the alignment and confirmed that they were. This Jeep is a rebuild and just love it too much to get rid of it. If you want to waste your time, then this is the place to be at. They should change their name from pro alignment to con alignment, a bunch of con artists if you ask me. Theres nothing professional about this place, rude staff lady doesnt seem to care and the alignment tech guy takes your car for spin first then puts it in the alignment rack, and afterwards comes and tells you its $160 if I want the camber back to specs, after agreeing with the bitter lady it was $60 all of the sudden Im made outta money and they add another $100 to it. I left and never coming back. Simply pathetic!

First off, Ximena is Miss Customer Service!I scheduled an appointment, I arrived a few minutes early, she greeted and asked how my day was going, got me logged in, asked if I wanted a water, they had a bowl of small snack, free travel size hand sanitizers and a lounge with tv while waiting. No frizzles just basic set up. “Cozy”. A+ on customer service and hospitality!Now down to what I scheduled my appointment for, front end alignment. My schedule time was at 3:00pm, they got me on time, drove my truck on the rack, did their diagnostics, showed me the current alignment status and it was way out of line, showed me the corrections and 10 minutes later they had it off the lift and off for there test drive. They came back and said I was good to go.All in all I was there 35 minutes...Great Customer Service!Great Workmanship!Great Value for their Labor!I will be taking all my vehicles here!Also, they texted me today to make sure all is well.WAJ

As someone in the car industry, I always appreciate a business like this. Every time I’ve been there they’ve been nothing short of excellent. I live 40 minutes away and I don’t plan on taking my car for an alignment anywhere else.The alignment tech (Carlos, if I remembered his name correctly) does an amazing job at matching the custom alignments I ask of him and matches both sides perfectly, all backed with a 1 year warranty. While I waited the receptionist staff was super kind and personable. Even offering me a cold bottle of water on these hot summer days. I will continue to come here for alignments and recommend them to people in my field.

These people are professionals. The dealer quoted me almost double of what they did the job for. And the dealer refused to give me a warranty. I was forced to find another place. This was for a mercedes benz RV. Not many shops in houston know how to handle something this big. Pro Alignment did a great job. I shall definitely take all my vehicles to them.

Im not usually the type to review, but Pro Alignment was great!!! My buddy recommended me and at first I was skeptical because the price was half of that I usually pay, but was I wrong. Carlos did a great job on my car, gave me exactly what I wanted alignment wise and then even helped me diagnose a suspension issue! Ximena was really nice and takes the time out of her day to talk to her customers and makes them feel at home, which isnt something she had to do. So yeah I definitely recommend this place, good work with a cheap price.Also, for my fellow stance car guys, come here. The lifts are low enough for any type of static car to get on and theyll help you max out your camber and stuff like that.

I visited then on Friday around noon. They took in my car right away. First, a test drive to confirm the pull to the left I mentioned. Later the alignment. Finally a test drive to ensure all was ok. Very efficient, staff was very friendly. Only observation is to bring cash as they do not take credit cards.

My car ended pulling sideways after the alignment guy blamed my struts causing the misalignment i told him struts are brand new then he tried to find another part that was causing the problem causing the misalignment but he couldnt he knew he messed up

Horrible way to run a business. An appointment was setup over the phone one day prior to service. The next morning received a text to confirm appointment. Responded yes and received text that appointment is confirmed. Arrive to the place on time and after waiting about 15 minutes some guy come out and says that they are closed because the owner does not feel like doing business today.What a joke. How this place stays in business is beyond me. They could have made some money and had repeat business along with referrals but oh well....I will give my money to a more professional establishment.

Came in with for a alignment on my ram 1500 for the first time. Ximena and Maria greeted me politely as I came in and attended me with professionalism. Carlos the technician got my vehicle aligned perfectly.

I brought my F250 and it was lifted they aligned my truck and straightened the steering wheel and corrected the alignment. Now I brought my wifes car in and had it aligned as well and now I can save on tires. Highly recommend this shop the guy who does the aligments does an awesome job.

The technician who did my alignment did an amazing job , He adjusted the way I wanted and did it better then the last one I got. I also had my axle cv joints replaced and they got it done in no time. Would recommend 10/10 if your in Katy with a stanced car go with pro alignment they’ll get you on the alignment rack with no problem. I’ll be back for sure.
