Hired them for a palm trimming job after the freeze. Cutting and cleaning were done fine. The crew convinced us that 3 out of our 6 palms were dead (1 ‘for sure’) and that they can cut them for us at affordable prices. We decided to wait since most forums recommended giving trees a chance to grow back. 2 out of the 3 have now started showing signs of green growth on top. The main reason for this low review is however the damage they did to my lawn grass and sprinklers on the way out. Despite warning to be careful not to drive over a certain patch, they paid no attention and still drove over it at speed. The grass was badly dislodged from the heavy trailer. They tried to cover up the depression randomly with soil and no consideration to properly relocating the sod. I had to stop them and tell there are sprinklers underneath that might have been damaged. Sure thing as soon as I turned sprinklers on 2 were damaged and gushing water out in the street. They fixed one which was bent and disconnected from pipe but the other broke near the elbow connector. The contact Victor said they’ll come back soon with the necessary fitting and get the sprinkler fixed as well as get new sod to replace the grass they damaged. After couple of hours of no updates I messaged to check status so we can plan our day and they said it will be back next morning. Next day they installed the new elbow connector for the sprinkler but didn’t bring any grass and took bulk of the payment after reassuring they’ll be back next day. I held back some payment to have guarantee that they’ll fix the grass. It’s been over a week and despite numerous text messages there is no response. Even a courtesy reply that you won’t be able to come back would’ve been appreciated. Mistakes happen on jobs, but not responding to customer on status or fixing the issue in the promised timeframe are extremely unprofessional.

Competitive pricing, very understanding of the situation, did it in less time and for less than what other companies quoted me for. Some companies try to sell you on big machinery for jobs where they arent necessary. You cant just buy/rent a crane and chainsaw then call yourself an arborist. This company knew exactly what was necessary to get the job done and did it. Seriously, other companies were saying they have to drop my fence or block the main access road except for this company. Look up YouTube videos on how arborists skillfully use ropes to safely take down trees and you would be amazed at what youll find. This company did exactly that. They informed me they have big machinery if its necessary, but theres no reason to use it if its not necessary. Honestly, you wont be disappointed!

The sales representative was extremely professional. We got 2 tree removals they did the job great, with no damage to my property and hauled everything away, leaving no debris behind. Definitely recommend and we will continue to hire them for future jobs.

Best tree service ever! Crew showed up on time, trees came down, stumps were ground away, and mess was cleaned up. I shopped for different estimates and they were very competitive. The owner is very polite, professional, and listens to the customer (I had asked that they not walk the same path in the yard so I dont end up with a dead grass trail and they happily complied. When they were finished, you couldnt tell anyone was there. A+ service.

Very quick and safe tree removal despite the obstacles of power lines surrounding and thru the tree. Cleaned up our yard after as well. I tried reaching several companies and with only one other high bid received.

I hired Expert Tree Service to finish cutting a fallen tree. Everything had been cut except last 10’ and root ball. I expected smaller pieces to be cut up and roots also. Just be clear on communication.
