Working with DocResources has been great. The customer service they provide feels like they really care compared to our last vendor who made us feel like we were just a number. The Printer/Copier we lease from DocResources is a great deal, and has really fit our needs well. The Sales rep who worked with us was very knowledgeable, took time to explain everything thoroughly, and even checks on us regularly to make sure everything is ok.
