Our property was hit by lightening in April 2020 and W.D. Wes Bradley was the consultant that was hired by our Insurance company. He came out two days after the fire and brought his entire family with him while he did his all day investigation of the fire. He found two areas that needed to be tagged for lawsuit issue with radiant barrier. He also placed yellow caution tape up. He left abruptly as he was headed out to Corpus with his family. When he came back with the opposing fire investigation team everything seemed to be in favor of our side. However, Wes came back and stated that our house was tampered with and yellow caution tape was removed which was a complete lie and I have proof of this from our water mitigation team. We unfortunately lost the case and there was no way to reopen the case. Thanks to this consultant we did now have to pay our out of pocket deducible and wasted over 4 weeks of our time to begin rebuilding. If you ever have this man performing your investigation I would highly recommend someone else.
